I kindly contacted JJs House many times, but JJsHouse made a BIG mistake with my adress, they put ACAPULCO ******* MX for the logistic service and that's a WRONG number. That was at the time they were in chinese holidays so they did nothing. The costumer service I received it was bad quality. The dress never came to my house. It had been 4 months from the purchasing and I haven't t get refounded. They proposed just 40% for something it was totally their fault. By the way I had to buy an other dress for the weeding in my local area.
Be very careful! Sizing is way, way off. The bolero I ordered was the right colour and style but the sizing was ridiculous. I ordered a size 12 (normally actually a bit large for me) and the item would not have fit a 12 year old child! I could not even get it on. As the sizing is only listed on the packaging, not on the tags, I don't know if I was sent the wrong size or if JJ's House has a very peculiar idea of sizing. Either way, I am stuck looking elsewhere a month before a formal wedding.

I have ordered three bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. The dresses have been fully paid for and shipped to me. However... they are stuck with DHL as I have been told that an extra £65 needs to be paid due to outstanding Customs and Excise duties. I have called and emailed JJhouse yesterday and today but have received no solution/explanation.
I am now concerned that the dresses will be sent back from DHL to JJhouse.
The service and process is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress.
I have ordered a few items from this site and have had excellent service and prompt shipping every time.

I would not suggest this dress company to anyone! Ever! The customer service isn't the problem... they were just fine. The dress had a combination of lace and satin but they were two very different colors, if I order a white or ivory dress I expect a white or ivory dress. Not a dress with white fabric and ivory lace. Customer service tried to blame this on my computer screen (and I have a macbook pro retina display). So no, it wasn't my computer screen. Also the fabric was cheap, the dress was quite different from the picture on the website, and the dress was damaged. I wouldn't order from here because I was given the option to keep the dress and get 40% refunded. My other option was to send it back to china ($89.99) and get a full refund with the shipping refunded via "coupons". So, I am getting my 40% and then promptly donating it (it is that ridiculous).

My experience with JJshouse has been 200% satisfactory! I ordered a dress on May 1st and received it on May 6th. Although the guy said that he will try his best to send it before time, and I was kind of surprised that I received my shipment exactly when I requested it to receive.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding using THEIR measurement charts. When I received the dress I could not even zip it up, too too small. I emailed them and requested a return form to which replied they needed pictures. I sent them pictures of my open back and BRA to prove how small the dress was and their response was to return it for 20 % refund or deepen a friendship by giving it as a gift. Or, I could try to get some money back by selling it on E-Bay!

The dress is wonderful! Extremely pleased. A little stiff from packaging but I'm sure that will relax before my wedding. My ONLY complaint is with the cost of shipping to canada. Paid an extra $75 before it could be delivered... nothing on website about this
Cleaning instructions are a bit frustrating as well. DO NOT WASH DO NOT DRY CLEAN. SPOT CLEAN ONLY

BEWARE! I ordered a dress according to the size chart on their website but too small. I emailed them. They wanted pictures. How do you send pictures of a dress that's too small without exposing parts of your body. I wasn't asking for a refund. I wanted an exchange for a bigger size. They replied offering two choices... 20% refund for alterations and keep the dress OR 30% coupon to reorder the dress but keep the dress. SERIOUSLY... what do I do with a fancy dress that don't fit? I would not recommend this site! Absolutely crazy... like I have money to throw away :( My shoes were also too big but they didn't offer anything about that.
UPDATE: After posting my review, I had a respond from another service representative Adam. I must say, he went above and beyond to help my situation. To make a long story short, he gave me a full refund, I returned my dress and shoes (had to pay $60 postage) but at least I can now reorder my dress as it was absolutely beautiful. Customer Service means the world as now I will order my bridesmaid dresses and shoes through JJ House without hesitation. Not only did Adam email me, he took the courtesy to call me. While talking to him regarding the beautiful dress that I will reorder, he offered a $20 off my next order. Thank you Adam!

I ordered pair of shoes and handbag £43.77 which included a £14.37 shipping fee, now DHL will not deliver the ITEMS until I pay a £ 14 duty? What the HELL! This information and additional fees is not advertised clearly on the site I mean especially on the ckechout, I contact them and they want to give me a £5 voucher? Be aware the prices look cheaper but at the end are much more expensive! THING TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM :(( I will not do it again :((

I just bought a dress with them... It arrived on time... fabric and beading far away from the picture... look like a cheap dress... Wrote a review that didn't go through (it seems only the reviews they aprove appear on the page... Sent an email to the customer service and still didn't get answer... As I lately could see in the outside reviews it is likely I will not get answer and any refund... Still waiting some answer...
This is an update regarding to my previous comments I made about jjhouse company. I want to thank jjhouse staff for their quick response to my complaint and refunding my money. I strongly believe jjhouse company's staff member will do their best to address similar issues and I appreciate for their compensation.
Despite the fact that I had unfortunate experience in my case but their staff's understanding and addressing the issue make me think twice about this company. I hope they can improve their customer experience a bit more which in that case they will have a bright future.

I bought a customized dress for my daughter, the instructions on how to measure was spot on and her dress fit perfectly. This is her first prom so we were really nervous about buying a dress online, but, JJ's has won us over and we paid less than we would have if we have brought an off the rack standard size dress.
The only thing, I would change is ordering the matching wrap, it wish it had come with the dress, but it will not deter me from shopping.
I have another daughter going into high school and JJs will be where we will going!
UPDATE: I have written another review and I am updating this review as well to let everyone know that Mr. Adam Chen contacted me and resolved the problem with the one dress immediately. He issued me a full refund for the dress and they are making me a new dress for my bridesmaid. Adam jumped through hoops to help make my order right. As I said before, I have ordered from JJ's House many of times before and never had a problem and now I can say that when there is a problem, they do work hard to make it right for you. Thank you!
I am very disappointed. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses, and all of their jewelry too. One of the dresses is severely wrong. We paid extra for custom sizing, and the bust/chest is almost 4 whole inches bigger than what we ordered and the waist is 2 inches too small. My bridesmaid tried it on and we could seriously put cantaloupes in there and it would still be too big. Two of the other dresses also came too big, but only slightly off and a tailor is able to fix them for us. But we cannot have the other dress fixed because of the waist already being too small. The tailor measured the dress to show us that it does not match the measurements we sent. The dresses all come with a sash and the sashes all have strings hanging everywhere and one of them looks dirty and the quality is very poor on the sashes, so I will be buying them new ones. As another person noted, there is also a make-up looking stain on the one dress which is noticeable because the dresses are all ivory. This is very disappointing to me. I have ordered from JJ's House many of times before and never had a problem. My dresses have always been of the best quality and each and every time they fit perfectly. I did have to pay a huge chunk of change for customs charges which I have never had to pay before in the past. The UPS guy said it was probably because it was such a large order.
To add to my frustration, I have emailed customer service twice now and have yet to get a response. I would recommend them if you are only buying one dress at a time, but I will never order more than one at a time again.

Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.
