DO NOT BUY A DRESS OFF THIS WEBSITE! Clothes are cheaply made and much poorer quality then the website shows. Also, read the fine print, they will only accept a return if your dress arrived damage. Otherwise NO REFUNDS! Even with the ticket still on. I complained about the dress quality and all I got was a very long message about how they think their quality is great. This is a very amateur move and the only response I expected from a website that would send a cheaply made dress then off little to no options for returns.
My sister purchased a dress. When she received it although the quality was very good, but the size of the armscye was very tight. We contact them not only they responded quickly, they refunded 50% of our money and $20 coupon.

Ordered my wedding shoes from JJ's house. Cme very quickly. The shoes are well made and fit perfectly. Very impressed with the quality. I will deffinatley be ordering again. If your dubious of ordering off the site I would not worry there customer service is excellent amd they are very prompt. Order was delivered by DHL so they use well known couriers.

Okay so I really really want to warn everyone not to order from jjshouse.com.
I fell in love with a dress that I wanted for my prom and ordered it from a site named dresshouse.com whereas I didn't find any reviews from unfortunately. The first thing that was comolete BS was the fact that I had to pay 40$ extra for fast shipping because nothing else was available but the dress still arrived after 14 days. No fast shipping there.
I ordered the dress a size bigger than my normal size and still I am unable to zip it up from the waist on which is a complete mess 'cause as I stated a size bigger than normal.
So naturally I want to send the dress back and wrote an email to thei costumer service.
The positive thing is that they've answered in these 24h the bad news is that they oviously typed a standard reply offering me a 5$ coupon for the next time.

So now that I've contacted them they offered me to refund the whole prize of the dresses as well as the shipping costs that I had to send the dresses back to China.
That's probably the only positive thing with this whole experience that the service worker, named Adam, was really friendly and took care of my problem offering me several possibilities to solve the problem.
Because of that costumer service I decided to give 2 stars now instead of 1.
Still I would not recommend that site if you want to have a good shopping experience look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS unless you have money to burn! Having had a pleasant experience buying my wedding dress from this site I thought it would be a good idea to get my bridesmaid dresses from here. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. My wedding is in early JUNE 2014. Before placing my order on 3rd May I was reassured several times by jjs house representatives that my items would arrive in time for my wedding. According to then my items were sent on 13th May with an estimated shipping time of 7-15 days. To this day I continue to wait for the dresses to arrive. I have asked them to re-send my items while they investigate the matter but all I am told is that it may be stuck in Shanghai customs and to 'please wait a few more days'. I have been more than patient if you ask me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE does not even cover how the problem has been dealt with so far. Talk about STRESS before the wedding this is something I do not need! I will not rest until this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction!
On the plus side I have since dealt with a more helpful representative Adam who has since given me a full refund (and rightfully so). Disappointed not have have got the dresses I wanted but at least I got my money back in time to source an alternative for the BIG Day.

I ordered a dress for an event from JJs; only to be charged for the same dress 4 consecutive times through my bank debit card. There is no way to communicate with this company, except email, and they return messages, supposedly within 24 hours. They have agreed to refund the amount for one dress, that is all, and my bank, Chase, told me I must deal directly with JJs for my refund. I am now severely overdrawn in my account and have accumulated almost $200 in overdraft fees. This compoany is a sham

Due to work commitment, I am about to be in an extremely remote location in the desert of Australia for the next 3 months.
I was in the urge of finding an evening dress as I was In Perth (WA) for only 2 weeks.
I would be out of network very soon.
I've shopped online on the 5th of May, and I am v impressed:
I've received my parcel on the 14th of May in a very nice presented way.
The size of my dress is perfect, as described on the website: there was no bad surprise.
Besides, on the 9th of May, as I could not see any change on the statute of my parcel: I got worried, and send an email to know where we were at, and got a very reassuring answer under the 24 hour.

I purchased for JJ'S HOUSE and I provided specific measurements and yesterday 5/14/14 I received a wedding dress which I believe to be a used item or just overall very poorly done dress. The dress had the following issues which I have pictures of.
1. The company fraudulently added an additional charge to pay without notice of 46.84 which had to be written by check when picked up by UPS.
2. When opening the box I found a dress that had a few stains inside the tulle.
3. The stitching through the dress is uneven.
4. The zipper is not attached to the dress.
5. All of the lace is cut uneven and has a few holes.
Update:
Rep Adam ensure that I was refunded for my dress and the delivery cost and apologized for the item I received. Adam provided excellent customer service and lots of followup

I ordered dresses for my two girls, 10 and 15 years old.
The youngest would like a grown up dress, and with measurements they managed to make her a beautiful grown up dress, just the way she wanted. It was impossible to make the dress with out boning and built-in bra, but they made it as small as possible and it fits perfect!

Terrible site, terrible product, and terrible service. My girlfriend ordered a bridesmaids dress from their site. It arrived 6 inches smaller than the measurements listed. When she brought it to a seamstress the lady could only laugh at the shoddy quality of the work.
We've tried contacting the company numerous times with promises of a call back, but havent heard back at all. Thats been a nearly 3 week process.
Alas, as punishment for their terrible customer service, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they have charged the company back for the full amount and i have been fully refunded.

My exprience with JJsHouse is quite good. The product is very nice and beautiful and I am very happy to see it fit so perfectly. Although I had to wait for quite a long time to receive my product and the payment stuff was really confusing. Despite of that, I liked the way I could make my bargain. Finally I would like to say that my product was worth the wait and setbacks.
My mother and I both just ordered dresses from jjhouse, and we love our dresses! I ordered a standard size based on my largest measurement and my wedding dress fits me almost perfectly. Both dresses are exactly as pictured and are well made, we are so glad we took the risk and ordered them. Yes there was extra shipping/custom fees (we are in Canada) but even with the extra fees ($60-75) the dresses are very affordable and well worth it!
Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.
