I purchased a dress for a wedding and it took close to three weeks to receive. Once I received the shipment the box was opened, crushed and the inner plastic that the dress was in was also opened and exposed. There was no return label or receipt. I notified JJ House immediately, providing pictures etc.
They do NOT stand behind any conditions in receipt of purchase and shipment.

Need to exchange for a different size but can't contact company without order number which I deleted. They retrieved my data and are working with me. Dress quality is great and I'm excited about it. Next time I'd use the try on at home option since there is no paperwork included in a standard order.

Hong kong company delivered items 1 month later despite us paying shipping fees, then they were useless as our wedding had past. Endless online chats with representatives to get our return label and lost our money in shipping charges. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible products & customer service is even worse. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company only to have them send me shoes with glue all over the heels of both pairs of shoes and the soles coming up all over the place on both pairs. I also paid $20 extra for shipping that was not so speedy. Yet and still I only asked for a $20 refund which they did not agree to. Do not be fooled by the reviews on the site itself, I'm 99.9% sure they delete all bad reviews especially since after you submit one it says that they are monitored.
Shipment was on proper timing. Outfit was almost true to size, body was perfect except shoulders were a little big so had to be altered for me. Length was also long for me and had to be altered as well. Really loved outfit. Very happy overall

We placed a special order according to my 11 year olds measurements. The dress is very nice quality and fits great! We don't need the dress until September so I left a little bit of room ro grow. The dress arrived 1 week earlier than anticipated! I will order from this company again for myself!

I've read many reviews, most of them were very bad (I'm Dutch so don't mind my English). I'm writing this review because I want to help others on their search for the right dress. First of all, measure is key! Watch the video to mesure the right parts. Second, to avoid disappointment, read the instructions of the dress. You will read that some lace stay the same color as shown on the picture. I had my dress tailor made, it fits like a glove and the color is exactly like the picture. I'm very happy with my dress and will order from JJ's house again! I'll insert a picture (I hope this helps you to make a decision).
JJ's house has good customer service. Beware the $30 coupon for a positive review offer, it has a minimum purchase requirement of $200 that they don't tell you about. Other than that, items seem to be shipped pretty quickly.

As it's now prom season, many people are looking to buy dresses for the big night! My friend and I recently got prom dresses from JJsHouse and we love them!
This black one fit my friend really well and it looked so good on her. I really loved the blue one that I shared in the picture (the back is my favorite :)) Her's was about $150usd while mine was only $89! We did get it tailored/custom sizing so that does cost extra.
The quality of these are just so amazing for it's price and I'm so glad I didn't spend more than what I did because paying hundreds of dollars for a dress for this one night is erm not exactly worth it so definitely check out their website if you're interested in buying ANY kind of dress!

I think JJs offers a quality product and certainly lots of choices-if you're built like a tall, skinny model. All the products i tried were quality but could be better. For instance, not everyone has someone to help them dress; why not side zippers?

Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake?

Beautiful dress! I will be wearing it for my engagement photoshoot. It fits perfectly, it's very light, the colour is beautiful just like the picture and quality is amazing. Length is a bit long even with heels so will have to shorten it a bit but that's because I'm petit. I really recommend this dress, you won't be disappointed. It arrived in 5 days! It also has pockets (Bonus!)

I love this pant set. The color is a true Taupe color with a sleeveless lace top, a sheer jacket with lace and pants.
This will be perfect to wear with gold or silver shoes and accessories.
The fabric is a good weight and will be comfortable to wear. Can't wait till my next cruise to take it with me.

I have purchased a gown for my granddaughters wedding this past September, so beautiful. I had many compliments on it the perfect color Aqua, I was able to get matching shoes. Purchased a pearl beaded clutch loved it, many compliments.
Recently purchased a long sleeve beaded top dress and pant set on sale at a wonderful price, Ordered 2 new clutches so beautiful and different perfect price.

How is it I've paid £154 for an outfit with postage ( which I thought was £16 - expensive at best!) I work in retail and we never charge that amount! My refund was £113 so I've lost £ 40 returning a sub standard outfit!

They don't custom made anything. They make you pay more but when the dress arrives it has nothing to do with your size, the quality is awful. They are based in Hong Kong and not UK, worst experience ever. Run from them.

I ordered a custom made outfit for my son's wedding from JJsHouse.com It was late. I checked the tracking. It stopped in NYC. I have contacted them several times. They are not replacing it, or refunding me. They said it's not their responsibility once the shipper has it. They offered to refund me for 1/2 of my shipping cost. 11$. Their customer service just stinks. If you're on a budget, don't even entertain the idea because you could very well end up buying two dresses if the one from JJSHouse never shows up!

I recently returned a chiffon bolero jacket weighing 2-3 ounces. Not wishing to spend $30-40% of the items value to get a tracking number I returned it to the company via priority mail with their form inside the package as directed. My return address was clearly written. Well, a month has passed and sure enough they are saying it was not received. I consider this highly unlikely! Back & forth with their customer service and bottom line is they refuse to refund my $28. Perhaps now they can sell it to collect an additional $28 but, they have lost me (and maybe others here who value customer service and a reasonable return policy) as a customer. I have two more family weddings upcoming and will NOT be looking for my dresses at JJ's House!

Answer: I wear a size 4. I ordered a size 10! The dress still didn't fit. Believe the bad reviews! Now they are offering a 10% return for a stock dress that they say is custom made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned
Answer: It's risky. They have a NO RETURN for any reason policy. Doesn't fit - too bad. Doesn't look like picture - too bad. Don't think that Paypal will help you, they will usually rule that what you got is "substantially similar" to what you ordered. I paid for custom and told them that I am a size 4/6 in the front and a 10/12 in the back because I swim and that I have small bubbies and wear an A cup. I sent multiple measurements, taken by a professional. I got back a dress that would fit a 6 foot tall Dolly Parton. Maybe if you are perfectly proportioned, or if you are ordering something that isn't a garment, you will have better luck. For me, they saw a 38 inch bust measurement and assumed that I am a DD cup. They didn't listen to anything that I told them. I know that there are computer programs that you input a bust, waist and hip measurement and it spits out a pattern. Maybe that is what happened with me. My A cup bubby in that DD cup dress was certainly humorous. On the plus side, it did look good from the back. You should also know that it costs about 5.00 to ship something from China to the US, but that it costs about 45.00 to ship the same thing from the US to China. I had no complaints about the fabrics used, or the amount of time it took to arrive or the packaging. My complaint is that they totally ignored my description of my body. I recommend that you just pay a little bit more and drive to a store and try on dresses if you aren't a perfectly sized body. The "Norton Secured Seal" that JJ's employee is talking about has nothing to do with the merchandise, it just means that the website is safe from malware.
