I bought a rose gold ring, the colour came off within a week or so of wearing. Asked for a refund, but Jeulia told me that they'd only exchange - even though the rings are clearly not great quality.
The customer service team advised me to choose a silver ring if I didn't want to experience the colour coming off - so this is clearly something which happens regularly.
I've pasted the customer service email below, so that you can see the quality of the response yourself - it appears they're acknowledging that the coloured rings aren't designed to last.
