Rings appear larger in images, would like some reference to determine size. The engraving option is great and reasonable, but it turned out very tiny due to ring size.

I was buying a ring for my wife as a surprise and throughout the entire process The customer service department was right there assisting me when I had to change an address for shipping helping with tracking and to a sure that I was going to get my delivery on time. The jewelry is beautiful and very affordable. I would recommend them highly.
On Dec. 20th I ordered a wedding set. Finally arrived yesterday. Opened the box to find the rings had stones that were cloudy and as fake looking as something you'd see at any box store. Called to return the rings, I don't want to pay over $119.96 for something I can go to a box store and buy for 19.99. I was told that because I ordered a half size there is no refund because it is "custom" but I could exchange it. What? If that is a custom size, how do they have exchanges on hand? The company's response to the stones being cloudy is to clean them via a link they sent to me along with a link to their return policy which they said is clearly stated. However, when I went to their website, and did a search for their return policy and how to clean the rings I got a "research returns no results" answer for both inquiries. Hmmmm. So when I was ordering, when did I have the opportunity to read this without a direct email from the company? Everything touted across the web site is "30 day return" with nothing to show that there are exceptions to the rule UNTIL you finally receive the item. Feels like a scam to me. IF this company WERE devoted to full disclosure and customer satisfaction, a disclaimer would pop up when one chose one of these "custom" sizes. He truth? This company's business practice is to mislead, offer an inferior product and then just basically say, "Sorry, this is your fault." Do NOT do business with Jeulia. Only wish I could give it less than one star!
