My order came in late and after it FINALLY got here, it doesn't look near as good as the picture, I paid extra for engraving when it's not even engraving it's just printed on it like a sticker and I didn't even get my whole order! Only got one out of three things I ordered. Very upset

Worse service ever

As a new client, this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I ordered something from you. It's the wrong size. I have not been able to speak to someone about returning or exchanging. I managed to send an email. Although I mentioned in the email what the issue was, instead of offering a solution, the person just said they were very busy and ask me to contact them if I needed assistance. Hello! I told you you what I needed. Let's just say. I have not heard back from anyone despite responding to that same email. A zero is what you really deserve.

I ACCIDENTALLY PLACED AN ORDER (I DONT EVEN KNOW MY RING SIZE) SO I REACHED OUT TO JEULIA THINKING THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND AND CANCEL MY ORDER AS I CONTACTED THEM THE MINUTE AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. THEY THEN REPLIED AND SAID THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND I WOULD GET A REFUND, WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I THEN GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER HAD SHIPPED. I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID I COULD "CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE ITEM WAS RECEIVED". I AM NOW TRYING TO CONTACT THEM SINCE I GOT THE RING (LAST WEEK) AND HAVE NOT GOT A RESPONSE! I THINK THEYRE STALLING SO THE 30 DAYS PASS TO TELL ME THEY CANT DO ANYTHING! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN JEULIA BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY AND I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BUT BEING IGNORED OR LIED TO IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. NOW I HAVE OVER $100 LESS IN MY ACCOUNT I WAS NOT PLANNING FOR AND A RING THAT DOESNT FIT!

I wish I could tell y'all how pleased I am with the ring I ordered. But I can't. It says it was delivered but it never was. I've been home all day. I saw a ups truck enter my neighborhood then exit shortly after. So I'm assuming it was delivered to the wrong address. So yes I'm very disappointed.

The jewelry I ordered (wedding rings & earrings) looks very nice but is bulky & uncomfortable, which you dont know when ordering online. So I looked for an exchange but found nothing thin & tapered for comfort. So I asked for a refund. Well, don't expect to get an easy 30 day refund as per Jeulia's policy! They have denied my request for a Refund Authorization & Refund Address twice & recommended exchanging for other products. The 1st time, I was denied because I didn't include pics of the merchandise, which I couldn't from my desktop at work. The 2nd time, they accused me of removing the tags & wearing the jewelry. Which I did not! The only item that came with a tag was the engagement ring & it was still on it as I received it. I asked them to check with packing & shippibg dept ti verify... no reply. I've asked to speak to a supervisor or department head to rectify the situation. That was 2 days ago & no reply has been made to my request. Not even an acknowledgement that they received my request. Just silence now.
So, if you're not 100% certain that you'll love what you're ordering, my advice is to go to a reputable company.

My partner asked me what I wanted for Christmas since its just around the corner. I told him i wanted a ring from him since we have been together for 3years & wanted something that reminds me of him, I told him I didnt want a very expensive ring, just something affordable. I kept seeing Jeulia Jewelry on FB etc & decided to check it out & I was amazed at how many pretty rings where available. There is so much to choose but I have always loved Radiant Cut's.
I saw the RADIANT CUT ETERNITY STERLING SILVER RING & I fell in with this one in particular #JEWE0465
When it arrived I was pleasently suprised, its better in person.
My brand new ring a gift my partner has bought for me for christmas. I would recommend it to anyone who loves their bling

When I found this site, I was thrilled. Low prices for what seemed decent quality jewelry. When I received my ring, the quality was decent. But I wanted to return it. Word of warning... if you order from them, you better hope you're in love with what you get... Because customer service is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Aside from the spelling & grammar errors, they are extremely unhelpful. Getting a refund seems impossible, I started the process over a month ago and I'm as close to recieving my money back as I was then. This company essentially robbed me of over 140 dollars. Do NOT order from this company. They will do 'everything to keep you as a customer', aka, offer you a quarter of your money back or exchange it all for another $#*!ty piece of jewelry off their scam site. Absolute garbage. Spend more money and go somewhere RELIABLE. Don't believe the 5 star reviews, that's BS. Jeulia SUCKS!

Scam

Rcvd the ring expecting the quality to be exceptional since it would take 7- 12 days to ship and process the order. The ring was not at all as expected poor quality and far to expensive, light in wgt and stone was lime a piece of glass. Customer service is a sham, No response to my email saying i wanted to return the ring i waited 3 days to hear back with the 30 day refund policy. I needed to return the ring to the address that it came from. I was told they would not refund me because they didn't approve the refund. Im out 165.00 pluse the shipping fee of 25.00. This is a scam. Do not expect quality or a refund!

Don't order from them!

Impossible to get anyone on their customer service phone number. I ordered a men's ring and they sent me an un-sized womens ring and a pair of earrings. I never ordered them and I contacted them several times to return the items I did not order. What a joke! They said I was a repeat customer and they were giving me an extra special price. Never ordered a thing from them before this and I will never order from them again. Tried several means of contacting them, they said I had to take pictures of the items I wanted to return, get a return authorization and pay for freight in a trackable package. I asked them to send a box and prepaid postage to return items that I never wanted. They just exited the chat that we were having. Just going to dispute it with my credit card company. The nice thing is that I have all the chats and communications in my inbox to send to my card company as proof of their lousy business practices.

Stones kept falling out

My husband had bought a ring for me a couple of years ago from this company. Its a beautiful ring, I love love it! When I lost a stone from the ring, we contacted the company and they replied to send it back to be fixed. We had and it came back still beautiful. I only wore it twice and a whole row of tiny stones fell out again. I love my ring and I'll never will be able to wear it. I'll contact them again to see where we go from here. I suggest to make better prongs to hold the stones in place. The large stone is just breathtaking!... Please fix my ring. Again?!?. Thank you.
