I have an order and I was supposed to get my ring free and I got it the order that I placed and I never ordered no prime I order the rain so now I'm switching it because I don't need a ring that's gonna turn my son-in-law finger future son-in-law's finger green I thought it was Sterling silver so I show Jew sent you 3 emails on your site I hope you get them I hope you would just it and give me the 15% off and get rid of that prime give me my brain and the other rain and I will put it on a separate credit card as I'm very unhappy with the way things went you made it very difficult you don't have a phone number everything has to be done by mail I couldn't find anyone to chat with I was very unhappy I love your stuff but I don't know about shopping again I want this cleared up please I made concern is getting the new men drink that is Sterling silver that I sent you a picture on your actual site 3 times and I'm waiting to hear from someone and I did not order no prime for $25 I wanted my free reign didn't get it

Long wait well worth it

I ordered a ring from Jeulia. I waited about 3 months and then contacted them. Before I knew it, the ring was in my mailbox. It was beautiful and well worth the wait. It fit perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased.

The necklace hangs so the stone faces the ground! It is a Xmas present! I ordered on December 3rd, it arrived but it is not possible to give it as a gift!

Shipping is TERRIBLE

It took them 15 days to ship my order. When it said that it would be shipped in 5 - 12 days. So now my package won't come in on Christmas. It said it has been shipped but I haven't gotten no email, and I got a shipping email 1 days after that email. The label hasn't even gotten on the package. I'm angry don't buy from here.

As our website clearly state, the item requires 5-10 BUSINESS DAY to handcraft, you placed the order on Dec 4 and the order was shipped out on Dec 17, it's still within the time frame. And since you chose Standard Shipping, the shipping time is 7-12 WORKING DAYS on the way. For the love of God, save yourself while you still can -- run! I placed an order with Jeulia for 3 gorgeous rings Nov 19,2018. Before finalizing my $300/+ order with Jeulia, i added the Jeulia supplied discount code for half off one ring. However, the order finalized instead and there was no way out of it. So, I followed the Juelia instructions for initiating a return (i really only wanted to cancel and start over). Honestly, I loved the Jeulia products and was excited to get them. I sent an email to Jeuia customer support as instructed on thei jeulia site. I asked to cancel so i could reorder. I also called the Jeulia customer support number during the 3 hour window they provide phone support. The call rang 18 times, then disconnected. Now im started to be really concerned. I called Juela TWENTY more times - disconnected every single time. Yikes.

When i recieved the order confirmation from Jeulia via email, i found two items added to my order. OMG. I replied indicating my desire to cancel and reorder and inquire about the fraudulent charges. They answered "You no like beautiful ring miss? We offer 10% discount for you... beautiful peices just for you. Look like ones you order. Same same". NO $#*!! 19 emails later, I still had no action from Jeulia, no instructions on how to return. The story goes on -- and gets worse. 28 days later -- sbsolutely nothing but broken English emails. If the order i compiled myself wasn't bad enough -- I was charged for absolute crap I never ordered. RUN! RUN! RUN!

Jeulia customer service is terrible to say the least. My item sat in limbo in the jeulia warehouse for 5 days waiting to be shipped. This item is a gift and Christmas is almost here. Therefore, I need to receive the item, check over it to make sure nothing is wrong with it in time for Christmas, When I contact customer service I get "Angelina". This rep continued to tell me it's not their fault. That it's the post office fault and definitely not theirs. Even though it's in jeulia warehouse and had been for 5 days waiting to
Be shipped. I explain that it hasn't been physically shipped out and "Angelina" tells me that she has already told me about this item then asks why its so hard for me to understand? Pretty insulting to a paying customer while continuing to ignore my questions. I again ask why it hasn't physically shipped just to be disconnected by "Angelina". So I contact them again, end up with "Angelina" again and once again, I'm disconnected without even giving an answer. Once this rep realized it was me, I was disconnected. I try a third time with the same result. I never got a hold of customer service again and never received an answer to my question. I never said anything out of line with this rep and simply wanted to know when my item would be shipped. Just in case my item was sitting on a shelf and "forgotten" by accident. I've seen it happen. But instead I'm insulted and ignored. I would avoid doing business with this company if you think you'll ever require help from customer service. Absolutely terrible. I'll never do business with them again.

Bad Company

Please be beware of this company! They are based in Hong Kong and never respond to emails. When you call the representatives they cannot speak English or you can never understand a word they say. I returned two items and never received my refund. After checking the tracking it reflected the items were received 10 days before I contacted them. They tried to tell me that the items were never received yet when I told the representative that they were she changed her story to say they had been received. Was told I would be issued a credit and shortly after my conversation with the representative I received an email with an offer that they were willing to give me more money to use towards the purchase of another item. I responded and informed them to issue me a credit which they never did. They have not responded to the numerous emails that I have sent them. I reported them to PayPal and the Better Business Bureau. This company is very dishonest and I would never do business with them again.

You have solved a very large problem for me. I am a retired veteran and on a fixed income and always at home and not able to get out much or shop.
Recently we have gotten custody of our granddaughter who we are raising and home schooling and I had this ring monogrammed from the both of us to my wife (her grandmother). I am sure this will bring tears to her eyes!
