Beautiful ring

Gorgeous ring, for me I wear a 7 and I could of taken a 6.5 but had to remind myself it's winter & my hands shrink some.
Very happy with my purchase & shipping was over the top!

Wish I could do 0 Stars

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. BEWARE. When you check out, there will be items in your cart that you did not order. You have to manually delete them to not end up paying for them. I didn't realize this until I already placed my order. I immediately requested a refund for the items that I did not order. I have gotten three responses from them offering me other items or a store credit. Three time I have told that I do not want an exchange but a refund. It is such an unbelievable hassle to get a refund for items that I did not want to order but they have automatically put in peoples carts. I will never buy from such a fraudulent company again. I would advise everyone to save themselves the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Hi Martin, I am so very sorry to hear that you did not receive your package. After checking, the tracking website shows your order was delivered on Dec, 3. We would like to ask you to try a few things that have successfully located packages in the past. Please, do, ask your family and neighbors. Many a lost package was simply laid aside by a family member and then forgotten. And sometimes your postal carrier leaves it with a neighbor because s/he doesn’t want to leave it out in the weather. Maybe also check your yard or side door because the delivery man might have left it somewhere out of sight. If you still cannot locate your package after checking, please let us know and we will file a case with the postal inspector’s office. Many carriers now have scanners that are equipped with GPS tracking and the postal inspectors will find out exactly where the package was delivered. Soon our customer service will reach out to you and follow up with you to resolve this issue until you are completely satisfied.

I ordered 2 different items and haven't. Received either item. I'm really concerned because there has been plenty of time for my items to arrive. And when I trace the items it stares that the items were delivered.

Run from this company.

I tried to order a single ring and I put in the size and everything. I did not have a PayPal account at the time but of course I had to pay through PayPal once I finished putting in my information paid and once I looked at my invoice it had 3 rings which were not what I ordered and the wrong size. Wtf I only ordered 1. So I sent them an email immediately. Then contacted customer service a few hours later once they opened, direct chat. I talked to someone named "Eric" I told him what happened and asked for a refund. Eric gave me the runaround. I told him I only asked a simple request and that he was taking me all around the world. So he finally said they would issue a refund but the next day I received a email saying it would take 10-30 business day to issue a refund... it didn't take them 10-30 days to take the money out of my account it took them hours so why can't it take hours to put it back in? I am so disappointed in this company because they have some beautiful rings. Customer service sucks and has a terrible attitude towards customers.

This is my first time ordering from Jeulia. I ran into customer service issues right of the bat. The website would not accommodate my discount resulting in my credit card being overcharged. I contacted customer service who fixed the problem and granted me the appropriate discount. The problem came when they refused to refund my overpayment. They said they only offer store credit. I don't want store credit, I want my refund.

The ring finally arrived and is absolutely beautiful, no complaints there at all.

The quality seems to be good, time will tell as to how well it holds up under normal wear.

If I should order again from this company I could receive my credit toward another purchase, although they have yet not explained to me how that will be implemented either.

I am hesitant to consider ordering again however, due to my experience with my current refund. I regularly purchase from another jewelry company and have never had an issue with refunds or discounts.

I ordered my ring and received it with no problem a couple weeks later. Jeulia kept me informed and sent me an email when it was to have arrived so I could check my mail box right away and there it was. So happy, it is beautiful and exactly as presented on line. I just hope it stays that way!

First and Last order!

Loved the design, but not the quality for the price! I buy strictly Pandora but thought I would try Jeulia and compare. Pandora's quality is better and both are priced comparatively. My biggest problem is not the product but the business end. When I placed my order so call deals were added, which I didn't want. The order was suppose to take 3 to 5 days to prepare for shipping but was told already shipped when I called the next morning. Since it had been shipped I was informed to late to remove unwanted items. Will not order from them again!

I understand this isn't a high quality high reputable company like Kay Jewlers or Jared. But I expected the jewelry to at least stay together. 5 stones have fallen out of the ring with normal wearing use. Sure... they say they will fix it. And offer a year warranty. But who's to say After a few months after repairs or a year is up and stones fall out again... then what? I'm screwed with a piece of junk that I spent $300 on. We are NOT HAPPY and would suggest you no go with this company for your jewelry.

I have still not received my order an I have been fighting with this company for over a month to get my money back An the keep giving me excuses. I'm not someone who does the review very often but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend this site to anyone it's a SCAM.
