First at all the ring looks better in person, the picture doesn't do justice at all, super beautiful and look like a very expensive real diamond ring, you can't tell if it's diamonds or not. Very fast shipping all and true to size

Since the last review I have contacted Jeulia countless times and they refuse to refund me because it was a "custom order". They were going to replace the stones in the ring with fuchsia and emerald, why not stock stones?! There's nothing on that ring that can't be undone... No engraving or anything. I was wanting a hot pink and bright lime green wedding ring. I ended up with nothing... But a nightmare dealing with this horrid company. I've contacted PayPal twice and they've tried to get the company to issue me a refund but since it was a "custom order" they couldn't make them. I also contacted my bank and since I paid with my bank account, not a card, they weren't able to help me either. I've tried everything and I'm still out of the money and the company still has the ring! A long year and a half! Avoid this disastrous company at all costs, especially if you're considering making a custom order! Don't do it! I wouldn't wish this hell on anyone! Who has money just to throw it away?! I'm ordering fake jewelry. Clearly I don't have extra money to throw away.
I ordered from Jeulia because I was told they could match any custom colors I was wanting. I sent a colored sketch to several Jeulia customer service people over a few weeks to make sure I would get exactly what I was wanting. I was wanting a wedding ring that had a traditional white middle stone, but with hot pink and lime green sidestones. I was told every time they could match my sketch. So I finally placed my order. When I got my ring, I was so disappointed! I didn't even try it on my finger. I looked at it and put it right back in the box without saying anything. My husband felt so bad cause I'd been waiting for over a year to finally have a ring back on my finger! The pink color was pale pink and the "green", that was a joke! You had to take the ring outside in direct sunlight and move it a certain way for you to tell it was a green stone. Just looking at it, it looked clear. It looked nothing like my sketch at all! I contacted the company and they told me to send it back and they would use other color stones. At this point, I found out they are not able to match every color. In fact, they only have 2 green shades and 2 pink shades to choose from! Their green colors are peridot and emerald. My first order was with peridot and pink sapphires. My second was with emeralds and fushia stones. So, I sent the ring back (at my expense) and was told to contact Jeulia with the tracking number so they know when my ring arrives, what needs to be done. I did just that. And I also asked for my email address to be changed to one that I check more often and hasn't been overrun with spam. Apparently that did not happen even though I was told that change had been made. I've been extremely patient waiting on the ring to be redone. I contacted Jeulia to find out the status of my ring. It's been 5+ weeks since it's been delivered to them. I found out that my ring has been sitting somewhere at their facility, not being worked on! Over a full MONTH! When I contacted Jeulia, I got an email saying the order had been processed and to wait patiently a little longer while the stones were changed out and then wait another few weeks to receive the ring once it's been shipped! I'm furious at this point! They sent me emails to the account I asked they no longer send emails to, asking to track my own package and to let them know when it was delivered to their facility! The last thing I was told was to let them know the tracking info so they could do that. They haven't offered to do anything to make this okay. No offer to expedited shipping, refund at least a portion of the order, nothing! They told me they would try to fix this so they can be better in the future. Well yippee skippy! That doesn't help me at all! I won't ever order from Jeulia again! If this had happened with let's say, Amazon, they would've credited my purchase and given me a credit for future use! They have excellent customer service and know how to make things right by their customers. I don't know what the heck Jeulia customer service is thinking. They won't win any customers back by treating them like this! Stay far away! It's bad enough something like this happened but to not even attempt to try to make it right by the customer is flat out horrendous customer service!

I ordered a ring from them and they charged my card for the purchase. After getting ring they charged another amount to my boyfriends card on the amount of 1.24 without authorization. Called to speak to a representative with no manager and 1 person working. I have an open investigation.

They send you half your order and then claim they sent both rimgs. They sent Engagement Ring and NOT the Wedding Band
Customer service told me they had to do "an investigation" they got back to me today through email and told me they checked there "backends" and that they sent both rings and to "please recheck my package". For what the 20th time? Definitely, not there!

I did alot of looking for the perfect ring to use to Propose to my future Wifey. I went through thousands of internet choices but then I found Jeulia and the rest is history. Very large selection of beautiful pieces of jewelry at a very affordable price. I also recieved my order within 3 working days after purchase. The customer service reps also responded to ALL my emails in a timely manner too. I WILL be giving your company great reviews and WILL be a customer for Life. Top notch guys. I ordered one of their more expensive rings, and at first it was beautiful, but after using THIER cloth to wipe any dust off after taking it out of the box the "rose gold plating" wiped right off like it was just powdered on. I contacted them for a refund and they replied with "is it ok to exchange?" When I replied that it wasn't ok and I didn't want an exchange they never responded to me again. I had to go to my credit card company. This didn't work as expected because Jeulia.com uses paypal so now we are waiting for paypal to deal with them.
Also, after doing some research I noticed that some of their rings are being sold on ebay for $5.00 - $8.00... Don't waste your money or time they are a total sham.
As you can see in the pics, the rose gold wiped right off with their cloth it's not even close to plated as they claim.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
