The website seemed to have a problem. I had no other option other than $20 three day shipping. Shipping should have been free since the item I ordered was $145. I also didn't get my 15% discount. The website did not show any option for shipping or discounts. I thought I might get that option when I went to the checkout. When I put my Paypal password in, it automatically charged my account. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was not able to. I could not get in touch with anyone on the phone and had to wait until the next day. I was told I could get the 15% discount and I later did. I was not refunded the $20 shipping cost. The bracelet came in 3 days as promised. It is beautiful, my wife loves it. I still think I should receive a refund on shipping since I did, t need the bracelet until Christmas. Unless I receive a refund for the shipping, I will probably never buy From Jeulia again and I will contest the charges to my Paypal account.

I had a issue with my ring for sizing and I emailed Jeulia was replied to in 15 mins with helpful advice multiple times. Currently waiting for new ring to arrive but over all very happy with my order and help from the wonderful customer service.

It looked beautiful when my boyfriend proposed to me one week later my finger blistered n swelled looked up where it came from totally fake and cheap way to take hard earned money out of a man's pocket don't waste your money like mine did go to a real jewelry store and that's coming from a simple small town girl put. 25 in a gimbal machine you'll get the same ring.

The stones are dull and cloudy. There is no sparkle. They are fake... and look extremely so. If I were to guess... I would say the rings cost about $10 to make. I am going to try to send them back, however, dealing with returns, I am going to assume, will be impossible. Let me add... if you order a special size... you can only return for store credit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This web store is a sham.

This company is a typical scam right out of China. The horror stories are true. Any GOOD reviews on this site--- 90% of them are paid hackers to lure consumers into a false sense of security. Don't buy from these dishonorable thieves.

I ordered 2 rings for hubby and I, customer service was fantastic and helpful. And fast delivery through DHL Express. Price is reasonable and affordable. We are both happy with our rings.
