They have issues with both their website and customer service. They made an error of omission on my necklace, would not accept any responsibility, then have take over a month to correct the error, making it necessary for me to follow up multiple times. This will be my last order from them. Also, find it strange they have ~3200 5 star ratings, and over 800 1 star ratings... most having to do with very poor customer service.

Don't do it! The ring look nice online and are affordable, but all for a reason. I placed my order by accident (like many other reviews here) the website says "you will confirm order on next screen before placing order" but behold, once you click that you're stuck! No confirmation of shipping info, no chance to enter coupon codes dangled throughout the website. OH and their customer service, one big JOKE. I keep emailing them telling them I want a refund and they keep replying with "we will send you shipping information once available!" TOTAL disregard for what I'm actually saying, I don't believe they can understand what I'm telling them. Customer service on the phone will keep you on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnect you saying "try again later". If you want to spend about 30-40 dollars more than the advertised price, no sign of when you will receive the ring, and ignorant customer service go ahead. Waste of time and money!

Please know that there was no option for the code because you directly clicked the button "Buy Now", you should have clicked on “Add to Cart”, the code is available to be used in the shopping cart. We have conversed regarding this issue via the ticketing system and we have already processed the refund of the discount in our system. While you never mentioned in your emails that you placed the order by mistake and therefore requested to cancel the order. Per our records, you emailed us on Oct 6th and asked for the shipping information, we have explained that the order requires 5-7 working days to do processing before they are shipped out. Was trying to see what their shipping options were and it ordered a ring by mistake. Three minutes after I get an email confirmation telling me I bought a ring I didn't want, I sent an email to their service/support. Instead of them just canceling the order, they say they still have to ship it and if I don't want it then, I can return it. After telling them 4 different times I just wanted a refund and for them to keep the ring, they send it anyways and now I have to pay to ship it back. This company is a joke and I wouldn't waste my time with them. Horrible service! They get a 1 because I don't have the option to give them a 0!

I bought the water-drop opal cuff bracelet and the first time I wore it, one of the small stones fell out. I shipped it back to Jeulia for repairs-which cost roughly $7.00. Today I received it back. The bracelet was missing two stones and the metal was squished and warped. I'm very disappointed in the company. The quality of this bracelet does not seem worth the $90 I paid. In my opinion it should have cost about $40. Also, receiving the bracelet back in worse condition than I sent it was a major disappointment. I have a two tone ring from them as well that has gold accents, and the gold is rubbing off, so now it's more silver than two toned.

I am going to complain once again about Jeulia Jewlery my husband ordered a ring for me he was supposed to get a discount, we had a code that was supposed to give the discount, but when the order was placed it never gave an option for the code, we ended up paying full price plus all the other fees, my husband e-mailed them about it, and has not gotten a response. The money was taken from my account at full price plus fees, not happy this is my second order and probably last.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
