I have ordered a ring, paid for expedited shipping of 1-4 days and well I still haven't received a tracking number, a response to my emails, or even able to talk to anyone to resolve the issue. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I would highly recommend someone to go else where.
I am very unhappy with the customer service at this point. I placed an order On 12/10/2016 and it is now 1/11/2017 and the tracking number stills shows in China. I have asked for update and was told it should be by first of January. Also was promised a discount back to my account and still has not been given. Please have someone respond to me via email. I have the order and tracking number if you should contact me. Also the phone number listed has been disconnected. At this time would not recommend doing any business with this company. If issues are resolved I will post update.

I need to return a ring that I ordered. First it is too small and second the quality of the stone is terrible. I have sent 3 emails to customer service on where I can return the ring and how I can receive a refund. I have not received a response so today I tried calling the 800 number and couldn't reach anybody. I am very frustrated as I can't afford to loose the money that I paid for this piece of junk.

I order my ring on 12/8/16 and her it is a month later, was told that it was shipped on 12/8/16 and it would take 9-25 business day, well what has happened? I have called one # was no longer in service and the other # I get through and then hung up on, I email and no one responds to my emails (multiple emails). Very disappointing, they take your money right away but NO purchase, no responses.

I ordered a ring for my wife on December 18. The website said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When checking out, it never said I needed to pay for expedited shipping in order for it to arrive on time. I even received an email with the shipping details the same day I ordered it. I was shocked when it said China! I contacted the company through their online chat. They said the item would not arrive before Christmas because I only selected free shipping which takes 9-25 days. I asked why they advertised it would when I purchased it? They just kept repeating to wait.
After January 1, I contacted the online chat again. The tracking showed the item was still in the "accepted" mode with no movement. They told me it was delayed by US customs and to wait a few days. A week later, same thing. Today, Jan 11, I received the same response. I called them out on it and said to PROVE it was in the US and stuck in customs delayed by the USPS. I threatened to contact USPS, the BBB and my credit card company to report fraud if they could not prove it. I was then told it was stuck in China in their customs. WHAT? Are you serious?
This company is a sham. They create tracking numbers that are not traceable, lie to you that it has actually been shipped, blame USPS for the delay (check all the responses here from the company), blame US customs, them blame China customs when pushed. I will be forwarding all m correspondence with them to the appropriate authorities.

My fiancé fell in love with a ring on this site and ordered it for me before Christmas and paid extra to have it in time for christmas. Not only did the ring not show up it still hasn't shown up. He's tried calling but the number is disconnected and he's emailed several times with no response. I was finally able to get in touch with someone after waiting 45 mins for the live chat to work to be told there was a problem with our address. Why didn't anyone contact us? And now we have to wait another week just to see if it will actually show up! This is definitely a poor way to conduct a business.

I received a ring from them, but the ring is too BIG. I've been trying to get some feedback and more information on who to go about to exchange the current ring for a smaller size.

Then on their facebook page i get weak feedback on what i can do to exchange the ring, where to exchange etc. My request on this information is totally ignored for 3days, by just getting non relevant information and now i have to pay an extra R2100 for the correct size ring.
The ring is now on sale for R2730. 00 and my fiance paid R5650. 00 + an additional R1000. 00 custom clearance, thus a total of R6650. 00 and now they want another R2100. 00.
This place is a rip off and has utter bad and weak customer services!

The ring came in about 2 and a half weeks and I was so excited to get it! It was bigger than I thought and definitely much brighter. I also like that it came with a shining cloth. I would definitely recommend this to a friend if they want affordable options.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
