The quality of the merchandise is cheap and you can get something comparable for 1/10 of the price at the Dollar Store. The sizes are off and they have no 1/2 size unless you pay extra. I wanted to return the ring for a refund as they promised I could but they will not give me a return order number or the address to return it. When they realized I only wanted a refund the customer service would not return my emails. You can't get them on the phone and there is never anyone on the online chat. So if you want to waste your money - go for it! But be warned...

Sounds like another company I ordered from FOREIGN! These are like the scam phone calls we here in U.S. Are experiencing. Be very careful ordering anything from Facebook! If -10 was possible that is what they get.

I ordered the ring of hearts silver band with one gold heart in the middle, along with that I received the gold heartbeat necklace (complementary), both were presented in a black, pullout drawer case with a special cloth and instructions for keeping them shiny, like new. I was shocked and thrilled with both items, as I resently went through several heart procedures, they are now even more precious. Thank You

A stone fell out of my ring after one day of wear. I finally agreed to send the ring back (at my expense) after several exchange of emails and pictures to have the ring exchanged. They received the ring on January 12 and I have not heard a word. I have emailed this and no response. So now I have mailed the ring back and have paid for it and I cannot get a new ring or my money back.

Looks like a lot of us have the same problem. At this point I'm thinking of contacting the BBB, the attorney general and post on facebook, and twitter for people to take their business elsewhere. In fact I'm going to post a reputable alternative right after I have my bank reverse the charges on this purchase.

They sent the wrong ring! The website says a 100 or 30 day return but they offered me a R200 refund for the mistake! Then they denied that the ring was not the same as I ordered! I sent photos to show them the difference! They have they sent a return procedure! Now they have stopped all contact! A TOTAL SCAM. BAD QUALITY! DISGUSTING! It looks like it comes out of a lucky packet! Absolute rubbish! The customer care phone number they give does not exist.! They advertise that they have stores in S AFRICA. LIES! It all comes from CHINA AND I HAD TO PAY 50% duties! So so so bad! DONT GET SUCKED IN TO THE DECEIPT!

I have bought quite a few items. Every item I have bought one or more stones have fallen out. I have replaced most every ring I have bought. I love the look of the jewelry but it does not stand up to everyday wear and tear.
Very dissatisfied in the quality of the ring I purchased. Of course it looks so sparkly and beautiful in the FB ad, but very quickly became dull, misshapen and scratched. Has the qualities of a $20 piece of jewelry.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
