My mother bought a ring in November and after she explained to them she had accidentally ordered two rings they advised her that they will refund the money and not send the second ring. She has received 1 ring, no refund and no second ring.
You can't have your cake and eat it too!
Either send the ring or refund the money its not that hard to fix the situation.
You have failed to adequately communicate with her and lack basic customer service skills.
I suggest you start sorting out your terrible service before you don't have a business anymore.

THEY TOLD ME AFTER WAITING 3 MONTHS TO SEND A PICTURE TO THEM. 3 WEEKS LATER THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THE RING AT MY EXPENSE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, I GET NO REPLY. I sent it back by Fed Ex for an exchange 3 weeks ago and it was received by you (according to Fed Ex tracking). I order a beautiful black ring with a purple diamond. I did receive the ring very quick but it was less than a month the black was chipping off my ring, I contacted them to just exchange my ring and it takes them up to a week to respond back not even telling me when I need to do. They bull$#*!ting me around u til after my 30 day return policy so I could not get a refund. This site is horrible the customer service is even worse. I can't even talk to anyone to see how I can get a new ring because paying $120 for a ring that the paint chips off after they told me it would not tarnish is ridiculous. Everyone needs to stay clear of this website cause once they have your money and if something does happen to your jewelry they sure won't do anything to help. Satisfaction guarantee my $#*!.

I specifically asked if I could have the ring type and stone that I wanted. I was told YES before the purchase. Then after the purchase they never responded to my requests and sent me the wrong ring. When I disputed it, they still never responded and fought it with PayPal. They just want to take your money. No real business behind it.

I bought a gorgeous ring from them, didn't show up in my orders, the tag was messy like it had been glued on and the ring shaft was sticky. The box was crushed on the top. I emailed and chatted with them, they wouldn't do anything except wanted me to pay to send back. Then stupid me bought another one which I must say was beautiful and in perfect shape so I was happy. Then thought I would look at another one. Well they charged my credit card and didn't tell me. I called and emailed w/o an answer but finally after an hour got an agent that said give it a few more days for the credit and then I told her that there was one in my order that said pending and I didn't put it there, to cancel it. All she did was put it in my cart, it is still in my orders pending payment. No more buying from them. They may have some nice stuff at a reasonable price but their customer service is the worse and they don't stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Won't get anymore of my money and if I don't get credit for the one they never sent and charged me I will be filing a claim against them.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
