I wrote a review and only because I wrote the review I heard from them with an apology. But since then have heard nothing and still have not been given the info to return the ring. I paid a lot of money for a ring that doesn't fit and I am fit to be tied

Bought a wedding set. Wedding set is to painful to wear, spikey prongs cause bleeding & calloused skin. No response from company on issue. I'm not even asking for a refund, an exchange would be fine. But the company won't even respond.
Ordered a ring a couple days before Christmas knowing I won't receive it until after the holiday. Was shipped out the next day and received it 7 days later. So it took a week all the way from China. Not bad. Absolutely beautiful ring. Love it. Will order again.
Received the ring yesterday, and the box it came in was over the top nice. It also came with a gift bag/card and polishing cloth. The ring is substantial and just plain gorgeous! Love it!
Sorry to make you feel like this way. We admit that a part of orders were delayed by USPS if you choose free shipping, we are taking action to improve this. After communicating with the shipping company, the USPS shipping time extend to 25-48 working days since the large volume of orders during December.
The order with UPS or DHL shipping was unaffected, they can receive their order in 1-5 working days. But free shipping would take longer.
I am having the same problem as many others have stated. Ordered on 12/9/16 for my future son-in-law so he could surprise my daughter on her birthday in Feb. I hope and pray it is here in time. Can't track it through USPS and sent an email. If it doesn't arrive in time, will be requesting a full refund and telling everyone I know not to order from here
I ordered "petals". My normal size 7. PERFECT. It has lots of bling, and is absolutely beautiful. I've received several compliments on it. I haven't told anyone it's not "real" because it it "real", just not diamonds! So technically, I don't think I'm lying...
Ive been waiting since Dec 9 2016 to get my ring. Been almost a month. After speaking to a customer service rep through email, they explained that I didnt pay for shipping it was free so 9-25 days is the shipping time. Well, its been nearly 30 days and still sitting in China. How do we go about getting our money back. I am ready to dispute it with the bank.
Very poor delivery! Almost 2 months! Kept giving non existing USPS tracking no. Im just glad my wife finally got her ring despite missing the intended purpose as Christmas gift.
Has been over a month. I haven't received the ring set. Their site doesn't bring up anything when I try to track my order. The USPS tracking number has only said preshipment. I could not get through on live chat. One of their numbers doesn't work anymore and the other one says transferring, but then just rings and then it says " if reps are busy, please ring later". I've left a couple messages online and sent an email. Also left message on their Facebook post. No one has contacted me. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge and look into a fraud complaint. Unfortunately, I've seen many bad reviews since this happened.
The ring that I received not suit for me to casual wear it, then I want return, they ask me exchange. At the end I post the return package to them, but there is no one receive the return package, and now the thing is sending back to me. You thought the return package don't need money to send? Until now they ingonore my email! DIDNT GIVE ME ANY REPLY!
You have lots of bad reviews and I believe them. Everybody is looking for their rings and they haven't got them either. I ordered my ring at the end of November and as of today I still haven't received it. It is still in China. I think it is a rip-off.

I've attempted several times tonteavk my package only to continuously see that the only update is from the day in which it was ordered. I was informed by some lady when I called that I should contact USPS to check the status, only to find that the tracking number is USELESS but my package hasn't been scanned out of China...

Well still no ring and have sent several emails and tried to talk to a representative. No response from the number they tell you to call. I have reported this company to the better business bureau. By the sounds of things nothing will be done because this company is oversees. Buyers beware please don't order from this company. You will surely be out money!

Why don't you tell your customers that you are located in CHINA before they place an order? I have researched online trying to find the reason that my order is still sitting at "Origin Post". I placed my order on November 28th. Today is January 5th, and it hasn't moved from "Origin Post". From my research, it seems that my order is sitting in a shipping container that is waiting to be filled up before actually shipping. IS THAT WHAT IS HAPPENING!? These rings were for my wedding, which has long past. I am very unhappy. I have also been posting on Juelia's Facebook Fan Page, and reading what others have been through. It seems that Juelia is a very shady "company", with very bad practices.

I ordered my ring the end of November, and 40 days later it is still not here. I am getting married in 2 weeks and this was to be my wedding set until we can afford a real diamond. I have sent numerous emails, a few responses simply indicating that it was sent. USPS only indicates it's still in China. I have had zero response to my last few emails, but notice how quickly this company is to respond to the negative reviews on this site. Maybe if they spent more time on their customer service there wouldn't be as many negative reviews to respond to.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
