Good luck dealing with this company. They advertise a "no hassle" experience but it has been anything but that! I have exchanged no less than 17 e-mails attempting to resolve my issues. No one EVER answers their customer service number! I bought a ring in late November and actually received it quickly. The problem was, I needed a different size. So I e-mailed them asking them how to go about exchanging it. Took several e-mails on my part to get a response. When, they finally did respond, their answer was confusing... so, more e-mails. Finally, they said I needed to prepay the $10 pre-shipping fee, which I did. More e-mails to get the shipping address. So, I mailed, in mid-December, the ring that didn't fit. Now it seems that they need the tracking number to verify receipt! I don't happen to have that anymore, but it was mailed through the Post Office. This has been going on 2 months and I still don't have a ring, although I paid about $160 for the original! I am beyond frustrated. This company is terrible!
The rings are beautiful. Magnificent sparkle. I have warn them washing dishes and there has been no color change in either the silver or the stones. In some cases take too long to arrive.

I had called a month before and they said they received it because I had bought it for a present and wanted it to go directly there. So I confirmed an email stating that's where to mail it...! It was never received.

I ordered a wedding set Dec. 05,2016 I received an email confirming my purchase and the funds were deducted through Paypal. I received another on Dec, 11th saying that it was sipped via USPS and should arrive within 9-25 working days. As of today, no rings, No good number to call, No live Chat and the USPS has no idea where the tracking number came from. If it was USPS they would have a record and it would have been airmail. No excuses! If you cant deliver the product, don't take the order! I truly believe now that this company is a scam. I will be opening a dispute with Paypal and I will ruin their name every time I see it on the internet!

I ordered my ring almost 2 months ago now. November 25,2016. I still don't have it. I live chatted with someone named "Jane" and she told me that "maybe it got lost". She told me that she would have a replacement order sent out again via UPS. I have saved the transcript of our conversation. She told me my order number would be the same. I need the tracking number, so I can see where it is now. It's been longer than the 2 days she told me to wait, so I either want a confirmed tracking number, or I want my money back. This is getting ridiculous. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift, it is now the middle of January. I'm so dissapointed in this whole transaction.

I ordered a ring for my wife for christmas this was dec 5th dec 20th i sent an email no response so i called the phone number has been dosconnected so i tried live chat so i was told its still under shipment to give it time. So at this point i guess i make this a news years gift but it never arrived. I gave live chat another chance they deemed it lost they replaced a new order putting a rush on it and it should arrive in 3 days. On the 4th day i called a different number they hung up on me twice after a 3rd call finally this guy picked and i let it rip i was very very upset about this and once again he said the same thing the first guy said give it another 7 days so i remind him i was told it was going to take 3 days he said its going to take time so im going to wait another 7 days from today i will never order from this crap again

I ordered a ring end of November and I was emailed that it shipped out on December 3rd. I just received it today (Jan. 11th) and it's BEAUTIFUL. For everyone complaining about not getting your order quickly, relax. First of all, it's coming from China on a container by boat and secondly it's the holiday season and shipping is slowwww this time of year from overseas. It was worth the wait for me, I love my ring.
I ordered a ring on November 26th and chose "free shipping- 9-25 business days " and got the ring engraved whiched added an extra week to the shipping. 3 weeks after ordering i couldnt track it so i emailed "*******@jeulia.com" and they replied in a timely matter with my tracking number and a reminder of the time frame. So I waited for my ring to show (which was "shipped" December 3rd) and waited and waited and when the very last day came and it didnt show i waited 1 more day and emailed them again. They never replied so i emailed again- no reply. I called their service number. Its a Spanish phrase and then NOTHING. Now i cant get a hold of them and im out a ring and my money.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
