Ik kreeg de 1ste ring als kerstkado van mijn man en de 2de ring van mijn moeder als nieuwjaarskado. Deze ringen zijn echt prachtig en betaalbaar. Ik houd de ring zelfs aan bij het douchen, en de afwas, en ze verkleuren niet. Daaraan zag ik al meteen ik zit op de juiste site Jeulia! Echt een aanrader en betrouwbaar. En wat ook mag gezegd zijn is een zeer snelle levering.
I ordered a ring on Dec 7 2016, I got an e-mail right away the the order had processed, then got a tracking notice that the order had passed through the facility and that's it... no new tracking information since Dec 9th and when I contacted the company they said to be patient. The status on my order has not changed and I still have no ring. The company will not respond to any of my e-mail and will not respond on the chat option. If I don't get a response soon I will be contacting the better business bureau and my credit card company to dispute the charge which Jeulia took out of my account the minute I placed the order! I'm very disgusted with this company and will be sure to spread the word to beware of ordering from this company!

We placed an order for a ring on Dec. 5. It's been more than 40 days, and we have not received it. Tracking via USPS shows last thing ring being "accepted" in China. Wrote two messages to Customer Service via website, no answer. Called Customer Service on the phone, to be told "we'll look into it, call us back later." Messaged them on Facebook, with order ID as requested, and have received no answer with update.
This is just becoming one of the most ridiculous and frustrating buying experiences I've had online...:-(

I received my beautiful ring and within 3 days the large jewel in the center of the ring fell out. Thankfully your customer support is good, he offered for me to ship it back for repair and they would reimburse my shipping costs, as I have a one year warranty. So I am going to sen it in for repairs.
Other than that, the ring is absolutely beautiful, and seems to be good quality. I've only worn it 3 times though, so I can't really tell.

Since December 28, tracking shows the two rings we ordered have not moved at all from China. Says processing to post. I am skeptical after reading other reviews that we will receive the rings at all.
About my ring at the beginning of January and it came 8 Days Later engraved and perfect the ring fit amazingly the jewelry looks amazing on my finger I didn't even mind paying the $20 shipping you guys do beautiful work
I bought several rings. What you see is exactly what you get. The shipping takes awhile but when you receive the product you'll be very satisfied.
My ring is beautiful and I love it! The quality is much better than I expected ordering from someone I'd never heard about before. I would definitely order from them again! It took a little longer to arrive (2 weeks or so), but the wait was well worth it!
My experience has been a nightmare and now they just ignore me! In November I received a damaged ring! They wanted me to send the ring back at my expense which would cost $75.00 to China. This shipping is NOT free as they advertised. I have all of the pictures and emails for which I have had no resolution. I'm out $155.00 US dollars and the shipping costs! I would like to see this company removed from Facebook! So disappointed with them. I tried to open a claim and I was then told they would not help me until I closed the claim. Now I am just ignored by them. I want a full refund!

Absolutely stunning ring set. They also provided custom engraving for my Husband. Came in a very nice gift box with a pull out drawer. Would recommend this ring and company to everybody! You will not be disappointed!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
