I ordered a ring and upon receiving it, it didn't fit right. I looked on the website to review their return policy. It stated full refund within 30 days. I called customer service to discuss the return. I was told it was specially ordered and therefore I couldn't return it. I asked for a supervisor and was able to speak with one. She said, return it to us and we'll determine if it is returnable or not. (Still had tag on) sent it out. I've called MANY times and no one has been able to give me any answers. This was sent back in November and I have not gotten any answers. Terrible Customer Service!
I spent weeks trying to special order a ring in a smaller size and after several phone calls prior to purchase and the upcharge, I still got the larger ring.

When I received my 3 stone oval ring. The center stone had/has a fairly good size cloudy spot. I think the stone had been returned and then sent to me. The tag had been cut and when I opened the box the ring fell out. I did call and received authorization to send it back but fell ill with pancreatitis and was hospitalized so I did not get to return it in time

We ordered our rings November 30 and didn't receive them until January 7th after my fiance had to bother them some more. I don't know where or why there is supposed to have been a ring ordered January 8th when we have only ordered from them once.

Order a ring late November hoping to have it for Christmas, emailed jeulia on 28th of December informing them that through the tracking details it still had not left China, they replied with the same information I had given them, on January 16th I live chat jeulia, requesting an up date, I was told that it must have been lost in transit and they will resend another ring, I told them not to bother and refund me my money, they said they can't because the ring was already sent, I told them no you have not sent the ring refund me my money please, I am still waiting to hear from the manager

December 21,2016 I ordered a men's ring.The ring is a size 8, I need a size 9. I have tried to get in touch with the customer service Dept to find out how to return the ring. No luck! The phone number just rings and rings! Is this company for real? I even left email messages. No response! I will try 1 more time to reach some one in customer service. If I get no response, I will be requesting a refund and will never order from this company ever again. I intend to ask FaceBook to re-evaluate letting them advertise on their pages. I'm done trying to get get what I paid for!

If only I could rate them ZERO STARS... Buyer make certain you have your ring size correct. I received the ring, which is beautiful. Tried it on and it's about a size too small. The ring also has a small nick on it, which I'm sure would be a problem when trying to return anyway since that is a reason they have on their list of unreturnable. Contacted to return and have not received a response for return instructions in almost 3 weeks. Needless to say that the return window is now conveniently closed. I do not recommend unless you have no reason to return and don't mind being ignored if there is an issue.

Ordered 12/6/2016, tracking gives no information other than "it was received". It is now 1/16/17, emailed 7 times. Two responses showing the same "canned" answer of "you can track your shipment with 'this' tracking number" I got nothing. The items I purchased were to be Christmas gifts. I have now asked for a refund. And have heard nothing back from them.

I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call customer service numbers that are either out of business or answers, put you on hold and then hang up. You cannot speak to anyone! My order was placed on 12/26 and it is still showing in processed and in transit. I dont think i am ever getting this ring and if I do it will probably be a piece of junk! At this time I will just have my bank reverse the payment for goods not received. Be aware of this company it is to good to be true. A living nightmare

Took over a month to receive ring. Paid extra for expedited and engraving. Was definitely not fast or engraved. The ring was not impressive either but what do you expect coming from China. Also sizes run small, mine don't fit. So fed up I said screw it and took a loss.

After 3 weeks of wearing a ring I gave to my girlfriend she had a stone fall out, and then 2 more over the next 2 weeks. Sent the ring back, and also asked for it to be resized because it was too big, after paying 10$ to ship
It back and 20$ for the sizing I still have not received a corrected ring back. It has been over a month, and now no one is responding to my emails.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
