I received a ring from them, but the ring is too BIG. I've been trying to get some feedback and more information on who to go about to exchange the current ring for a smaller size.
I've been waiting another week to get a response from Jeulia via there customer care services on this details.
Then on their facebook page i get weak feedback on what i can do to exchange the ring, where to exchange etc. My request on this information is totally ignored for 3days, by just getting non relevant information and now i have to pay an extra R2100 for the correct size ring.
The ring is now on sale for R2730. 00 and my fiance paid R5650. 00 + an additional R1000. 00 custom clearance, thus a total of R6650. 00 and now they want another R2100. 00.
This place is a rip off and has utter bad and weak customer services!
