I own a very expensive wedding set. However my original wedding ring, hand d\designed by my husband and I was stolen. It has left me frightened it may happen again. Now I wear costume jewelry and my Jeulia wedding rings are complimented and I am happy to wear them. Thanks Juelia!
I ordered a ring from here. It came several days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Also I'm a single bartender and I wear it on my ring finger as a deterrent to would be suitors. My job is NOT gentle on my hands or jewelry and I'm amazed at how strong and beautiful it still is after several months of wearing it. I hope every unhappy customer gets there complaints acknowledged and solved

After 12 years of marriage I was a little tired of wearing the same ring and started looking at alternatives without having to spend a fortune for the real thing. I came accross Jeulia and fell in love with so many rings it was a hard decision to pick one out! The shipping was fast (ordered it on Friday, got it on Monday), the packaging was very elegant and the ring is absolutely AMAZING! It is very well made, sturdy, and the stone is very sparkly! It looks like real dimonds and white gold, it looks expensive, not a cheap set at all! I get compliments all the time. I absolutely LOVE my new wedding set rings

My ring is much thicker than I had anticipated but it will be good for me as I am very hard on my jewelry. I would recommend this product to anyone as it is very good quality and sturdy.
I had a problem with the quality of a ring, and asked for some help with it. EMILY, who apparently is the only customer service at this company, informed me to send the product back and provided me with a BOGUS address. When I informed Jeulia of this issue, EMILY informed me to just use a different carrier, and that they would not resolve my problem until they receive my product. So I am left in a bind, send my ring to an address that doesn't exist, so that they never receive it and never send my replacement, or dispute the transaction through PAYPAL... I have tried to do things amicably through Jeulia, with no luck, so they have left me no option to dispute the transaction through PAYPAL. WORDS OF WARNING, purchase with CAUTION!
I am on my 4th ring from Jeulia. I am very satisfied with 3 of the 4 rings. The last one was not as nice as it appeared in the ad and I am trying to exchange it for another ring. The language barrier is a bit of a problem.
It seems 5 star reviews are all written by the company themselves, overly gushing about a product or service. I am a real customer and I'm sort of blown away by the ring and packaging. It obviously is a fill in for a real wedding set down the road since it isn't actual diamonds, but it is stunning. I have to admit I was irked when I was charged $20 for shipping when it said free shipping on all orders. But I feel the price I paid in total was more than fair.
Its very pretty but it doesn't fit... I don't know how to send it back for a larger sz. I cant find the original packing or the receipt! Can you please tell me how to exchange the ring?

Could not believe how fast they got the ring to me when I opened it in beautiful box and then got to open another box to see the ring is just gorgeous anyone who buys this will be very satisfied
