I was worried about what the actual size of the rings would be, and was excited when I opened the box n were exactly the size I was thinking they were. I love these rings. The only thing is I wish, now that I have them, that they were just one solid ring... i HIGHLY recommend buying this set!@

I like the ring but the service is terrible. My ring is to small and when I wanted to return it I have to pay for return by giving them the money first and I still don't know how to return it. Plus the ad says free shipping will be careful because the site will select UPS for you and then charge you the $20.00 dollars to ship it. If you don't yourself check the USPS block you will pay for shipping. I am now $30.00 dollars in shipping fees and still have a ring that does not fit.

I purchased the Jeulia 3PC Radiant Cut Created White Sapphire Women's Wedding Set (here's the link: http://bit.ly/2pVCplz). The ring I received isn't the same as the photo - there are several subtle differences. You can compare that link page to my photo below and see a few differences. (1) the center ring is supposed to have two larger baguettes on either side of the large stone, then 4 round stones on each side. As you can see, mine doesn't have that. (2) the two wrap around rings are supposed to be set in a smooth channel finish. Mine are set in a pronged setting - which is not my preference. While the ring I received is lovely, it's not exactly the same as the photos or marketing pieces. I may have a larger center stone than the photo pictured, but it's hard to tell. So I'm moderately disappointed. If I was to purchase from Jeulia again, I'd keep in mind the photos are concept pictures, not actual pictures of the piece I would be purchasing.
I paid for the 3-day shipping and it was right on time. The packaging for this ring is fantastic! You not only get a typical, lovely ring box, but it comes inside a bigger Juelia box that resembles a jewelry box - it's quite lovely. There was also a silver cleaner cloth and gift bag and card included.
Extremely unfriendly customer service experience. Website states no hassle 30 day return policy however that us most definitely not the case. Have to take and send pictures and wait to see if return will be accepted

Ordered my ring and received it very quickly, about 10 days. It's everything it hoped it would be. Very pretty and the packaging was out of this world! It came in its own box within a jewelry style box and a gift bag with a special polishing cloth. I'm extremely happy with my ring. I will probably order another one

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
