I placed this order with my credit that was owed to me not even two weeks ago. Where is the ring that I returned to be repaired that you said was Being repaired and on its way. I have not received it yet and please do not ask me what whatever number it was because you do know what order number it was when you look at all the emails that we communicated back-and-forth to each other. I will be going and not getting some good feedback on Facebook if this keeps up. Send me my ring
After 5 days I have dark spots in the bottom of the bands and scratches that are very visible. This is not a good thing for me

It looked just like I hoped it would. I managed to track my package with DHL Express from shipment pickup up to delivery. The rings arw unique, affordable and beautiful.

I ordered on a Saturday, got it on Tuesday. The detail is amazing and I couldn't be more happy. I will say, I wear a 7 normally but should have ordered a 7.5 because when a jacket added, the ring becomes about. 5 smaller. Overall, fabulous, and you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Jeulia!

I ordered a size five ring in September (that's what my wedding ring is) when it came it was way too big. So I emailed and got it set up to send it back for a different size. They told me it would be a $30 customization fee plus I had to pay to ship it back. Whatever. I sent it back, asked for a 4.25 and got the ring back. Still too big but not as bad as before. Well not even three weeks later all the black starts coming off and it looks like complete crap. I email customer service again and they ask for pictures of the ring. I send pictures and they tell me to send I back to be repaired. That was on December 27th. According to USPS it arrived to them on December 31st. I started emailing about two weeks later because I hadn't heard anything from them. I have since been emailing them and still do not have my ring FOUR MONTHS LATER. At this point they have stolen my money. I literally have been emailing them almost everyday for the last month and they just keep sending me the same order number saying it was delivered from when I got it resized in november. This business us a complete joke and I am coming to terms that I'm out $150! Don't order from them. The quality of the rings is crap and so is the customer service!

I wanted a ring to wear when I choose not to wear my wedding ring, like at work where I remove jewelry while I type. I have to say I get more compliments on this than my expensive wedding ring. I ordered with free shipping, expecting it to take a month or 2 to arrive. Received it in 10 days. I lost a small stone and was able to exchange it without problem. I did pay to send it back but it was returned without further charge. I would recommend this site.
I ordered a ring for my wife and had it engraved, I accidentally did not add a letter to what I wanted, so I had to contact Jeulia to get it fixed. They were very nice and quick to ensure that it would be fixed. Which they did and got my order fast! Will return to shop here

I've been going back and forth with them for months trying to return a product. They have a 30 day return policy but they don't respond back until after the 30 days and they tell you that you didn't return within the 30 days. I went through paypal and they closed the case in Jeulia's favor. Not sure why. So after the case is closed "Luke" from Jeulia offers me the address to return item and it's a bogus address. Hopefully enough people complain on paypal and sites like this so that the more people do not get taken by this company.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
