I ordered a size five ring in September (that's what my wedding ring is) when it came it was way too big. So I emailed and got it set up to send it back for a different size. They told me it would be a $30 customization fee plus I had to pay to ship it back. Whatever. I sent it back, asked for a 4.25 and got the ring back. Still too big but not as bad as before. Well not even three weeks later all the black starts coming off and it looks like complete crap. I email customer service again and they ask for pictures of the ring. I send pictures and they tell me to send I back to be repaired. That was on December 27th. According to USPS it arrived to them on December 31st. I started emailing about two weeks later because I hadn't heard anything from them. I have since been emailing them and still do not have my ring FOUR MONTHS LATER. At this point they have stolen my money. I literally have been emailing them almost everyday for the last month and they just keep sending me the same order number saying it was delivered from when I got it resized in november. This business us a complete joke and I am coming to terms that I'm out $150! Don't order from them. The quality of the rings is crap and so is the customer service!
