I've only had it for two days now and it's already bent I don't know how this happened but ill still wear it nothing too noticeable.
1st time shoppping on this site and the prices and discounts are amazing and the jewelry is beautiful.
Needed to exchange. It and it's such a hassle. I have to do all this shipping, ave bs. Yet I have 30 day guarantee.
The ring is nice but it was big and due to high blood pressure my hands and feet swell. In an online chat about the ring and returning it I specifically asked if I could wear the ring for several days until the smaller size arrived and then send one back. I was assured this would be no problem and that the agent would put that note in the file associated with my order number. Well she was wrong and the company won't give me a return because I took the tag off the ring. Who wears a ring with a tag on it?
Rings are beautiful and answered all my questions. Love jeulia and will order more in near future. So many pretty rings!
The ring was very beautiful, and I was very please with how fast my order was addressed. My only issue was that the ring arrived two sizes larger than what I ordered. I had to rush to a jeweler that was very hard to find on Easter Sunday so I could get it resized. This made my gift late in giving it to my loved one. This is the only reason why I cannot give your site five stars
The ring looked better in the photograph. I was disappointed in the color of the gold. Not worth the price I paid. I was surprised it came from China. It looks cheap.
Being looking for a new set of wedding rings and seen Jeaulia web site and check it out and they have some beautiful rings so i made a wish list and i be leave i had about 15 different wedding set. So i had to pick just 1. It was hard but i did it. I ordered it and it seemed like forever for it to get here. The day i got it. I open it and i started crying it was beautiful i didn't even wait on my husband to get home. I had to put it on. I am very picky when it comes to my rings and what i like and i am not into all that bling-bling stuff (. Lol). Jeulia CONGRATULATIONS you will be the only place i get my rings from. Thank you so much Jeulia. :) 100% on job well done!

Made the order in April 10, arrived in April 15 and I select economic shipping speechless. The ring box is amazing and the rings itself are gorgeous heavy and very nice quality. I don't have words to. Describe how beautiful are in my hand, purchase for cruise and adventure trips to protect my wedding rings. Now I'm debating if I just embrace this set all the time lol. EXCELLENT service and great customer service.

Worst company ever. Don't ever buy from them. I bought my wife a wedding ring from there and one year later it was chipping. I wrote them via email and it took 3 weeks to get a Responce wrote them a second time upset and still no resolution from them. I never asked for a refund or a replacement just ask for info on the ring. And they just said only one year warranty on ring and dismissed me. I've had better experience from wish and Mexico.

I ordered a wedding set and a band. Unfortunately, the first set was damaged. However, in calling them and explaining what happened, i was able to get another set with absolutely no problem. I was very very happy with the outcome and the second set. The professionalism that they had with the problem i had was outstanding! I couldnt ask for more. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you

Bought it as a right-hand ring for myself, fits perfectly. Really pretty, shines and reflects like crazy. Been wearing it everywhere and washing my hands with it on to test tarnish - so far so good.
