I received my ring recently and it's really pretty. It looks like it's three rings from the front but in reality it's one band which is very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again

While this company makes some nice jewelry, and I have bought from them twice, I needed on one sale to exchange for a slightly larger size ring. It was like pulling teeth. Took weeks and I finally had to open a case with Paypal. Then then absolutely refused to exchange the ring until I closed the case. Blackmail.

The second in in process. The second item is a beautiful ring, - the owl ring - but when received it has numerous sharp edges that cause it to snag on clothing. I asked to return it. They are demanding me to send pictures, and more.

People who don't trust you, generally develop that attitude because they trust no one and this company is exactly that way.

While I like their stuff, I can not deal with them any longer. You take your chances and maybe you do better than me. Signed, Stuck With Owl Ring

Jewelry already has flaw

I bought a ring from them and the detailing is already coming apart. Won't buy from them again. It keeps getting caught on clothing and scratching skin. I thought they would have quality jewelry, but I have found different.

Excellent Experience

Customer service is excellent. Very helpful and answer questions quickly. I went through their chat option online. They guided me step by step because I had the ring engraved and I didn't want it to say Jeulia. They handled it so well. I ordered on a Thursday and the ring was delivered the next Friday. So delivery was so quick, especially having had it engraved. The product itself is beautiful. Just like advertised. It came packaged very nicely and all was good. I can't wait to propose to my girlfriend. She's gonna love it.

Cheap disappointment.

Knew I wasn't getting real stones but didn't expect the ring to look so fake and cheap. In my excitement I cut the tag off and now I'm stuck with this ugly thing! After 32 years of marriage all I wanted was a bit of a bling ring. Got an ugly, cheap bedazzled piece of &$#@!

I am very please with the ring I ordered! The stones are set in evenly and do not catch on clothing or furniture. I've received quite a few compliments. There was no paperwork included with the ring I received. There was no answer to the phone number included in the email from the company, and there is no one to talk to on the "live chat" on the website. Very disappointed to say the least.
