This was the easiest purchase and was shipped and delivered extremely fast. Once I got the ring I was amazed in the detail and the craftsmanship, it was superb. I was a little skeptical due to the company being located over seas however all skepticism was released once I received the item. I highly recommend this company for any of their unique and gorgeous jewelry.
Paid extra money for faster shipping (3-4 days) and it took longer. If I knew it would be longer I wouldn't have paid an extra $20.
Nice Item, the main stone was a little bigger than I desired but just as beautiful. Only have one suggestion to help with next purchase need for description list total weight of main stone and weight the other stones.

He was skeptical fromt the start and then i saw one particular ring that made me say Stop Baby! This is it! We had just 5 days to get married but we still didn't bave any rings. The team at Jeulia did an amazing job! Customer service was top notch! I had my rings shipped to me same day i orderd because my situation was a little different. Couldn't be more happier when I received it. I'm a happy wife now. Thank you Jeulia!

Not only did I not get the MOM discount promised with a purchase (no option given to enter promo code) I was also charged $20 for expedited shipping which I also did not select. Complaints to company went unanswered, except, "Sorry for the inconvenience" Promised a "merchandise credit" to offset $20 shipping which was not given, either. TOTAL RIP OFF.
I was a little nervous because I had seen some negative service reviews but they had to have been an anomaly because I got my product almost faster than it took me to place the order. It was everything I hoped it would be!

My husband got me a white sapphire ring that I wanted for my birthday. That was originally my birthstone and I lost the ring my parents gave me when I was young. This ring is beautiful, the size was perfect, and I absolutely love it!
The product arrived in good time and although the outer container was a bit squeezed in the inner package was in very good shape and the ring looked even better than it did in the pictures.

I purchased a ring and tried it on in the tag fell off as I was trying it on so you guys would not except my return because the tag was not attached to the ring. So I have a ring that doesn't fit me that cost $125. I wear a 6 3/4 size ring but the ring that I bought and a 6 3/4 size is too small.
The ring looks even better in person and I received it very fast thank you. I will be sure to get more from you guys in the future again thank you and the ring is amazing.

All orders are available to choose Free shipping when you view the chart, there are three options to choose: Free shipping, DHL, UPS, you indeed chose UPS, so we charge you $20 for shipping fee. Under the shipping methods, there is a blank box to put in the code. Now your order has been shipped out by UPS, it's not available to refund you the shipping cost. Since you are not happy with this order, one of our customer service has promised to refund you the price difference after applying for the discount.
