I loved my experience shopping on the online store. There is a large selection of rings. Very smooth checking out process. The ring is exactly how it was pictured and the sizing was right on. I have received numerous compliments on the ring. Overall I'm very satisfied.

My order was way before actual shipment time. Me and my soon to be husband is in love with our purchase... talking about a HAPPY BRIDE that I am. I just wish that our engraving could of been bigger so we don't have to quench our eyes to see the names, older people needs bigger letters lol.

Do not buy from this site! If you want to return your item it is nearly impossible. The item is shipped with no receipt. You have to contact customer service to obtain any return information. English is not the first language. I never received any response to my emails and had to keep the item because you only have 30 days to return items obstacles and delays will make it impossible

GREAT easy nothing else to say so can't use 100 words. You need to change this as not always need to use that many words and don't want to sit here and try to make up things.
This jewelry looks like it came from the dollar store, i could have bought a ring from TJ Max for $29.99 that looks 100 times better.

I ordered two items. Wasn't happy with either. So I returned them. Should have been an easy transaction, but no. First, there's no return shipping label. So not only did I pay $35.00 for express shipping, but I ALSO had to pay to ship it back. Then I'm told "5 to 7 working days" for a refund. Well, we're on day TEN and no refund yet! So after a bunch of messages I finall get a reply. Their error. So they guarantee within "5 to 7 more working days". Is this a joke? 3 to 4 weeks to get my refund? That's completely unacceptable. If you buy their dull jewelry, don't try to return it. Cause they have no intention of getting your money back to you. Still waiting...

This ring is beautiful. Well made and great fit! This was my first purchase, but certainly won't be my last. Ring arrived very fast and the presentation box is stunning! Thank you for such a beautiful product!
Absolutely stunning! I absolutely love everything! When I opened up the box I was amazed at the quality. Extremely happy and pleased.
Ordering the ring was fine however when it came in it was too large and I immediately asked for permission to return it. After 3 weeks (returns are only good for 30 days after receiving) I was finally told I could mail it back. Everything was in perfect condition and tags still on it. I paid the shipping and insurance on it. When I received my refund $10.00 had been deducted for shipping! Beware! Returns are NOT easy!
I waited thirty years to afford a nice set of wedding rings, when they arrived I thought they were beautiful, the best I've ever had. I couldn't wait to show them off. But sadly they only lasted a week, one of the stones fell out as I was drying my hands. I am so very disappointed, I should have have kept saving my money for something quality.

The wedding set I purchased is absolutely stunning, I have received so many comments, I purchased this set to wear on a cruise, and it almost outshines my 3 carat wedding set I received 28 years ago. Noone can tell that it's not real because it looks real, very elegant!
I have been trying to return a ring for over 3 weeks now. Now they are asking for a picture of the ring, I have never worn it, I just wanted to return the ring. My fear is they are stalling until I will not be able to return. Very disappointed in this company. Lesson learned!
I sent the product back almost a month ago an I still haven't got my refund back yet. I was suppose to get an email back saying about my refund an I never heard back from anyone. I will never buy anything from this company again.
