I wouldn't recommend this place at all, I ordered a ring which turned out to be too small which is my fault, they offered a free resize but because I got it engraved I had to an extra pay 35% ok whatever but then I wasn't given a return label or anything I had to ship it back with my own money just was given a basic address in California. This was Wednesday when I shipped it out(aug28) it was suppose to arrive in Cali that Saturday(aug31) it is now sept10th I finally got a confirmation that the item was shipped but get this now they sent it standard shipping. I gave them a call and asked why didn't they ship it express with 3-5 like I originally had it I was told it was only for when I bought it and because I got it resized I didn't get that luxury and asked if I wanted to pay extra for the express, I told her fine I'll pay the extra $25 for fast shipping and then she comes back and tells me the item has already shipped out so I could not switch it. Unorganized back stabbing company.

I ordered two promise rings for my girlfriend and myself before we went away to college. We were on a time crunch so with getting them engraved taking 5-9 business days, we chose to pay for expedited shipping. The confirmation email sent to us then came back with our engravings switched. I contacted customer support to clarify the switch and they instead changed it to one engraving on both (my girlfriend's name), then after again clarifying the actual engravings we wanted, the customer service representative said that they had resolved it and it should be as we wanted it. Our rings took 11 business days, about 17 days later to even ship, meaning we missed them before we left for college. I complained to customer service and received essentially a "no we didn't" response even when I sent receipts showing the times. Then we received the rings and the sizes were swapped, so the girls ring was much bigger and the guys ring was smaller. When I asked them about this, and would have my parents ship it back for fixing, they said they would only if we pay an extra $20. Absolutely scammers. If your system messed up our order we shouldn't have to pay for it. I recommend NEVER buying from this website.

I just received my ring today and it's absolutely gorgeous I love it so much that I just ordered another one this evening. The quality of the ring is outstanding.
I will tell you I ordered a ring for $180, was told it was not told it was NOT IN STOCK. I wanted to cancel that one but then I would be subject to the restocking fee of 30%. Customer service and I came to an agreement I could do an exchange. I receive an email later saying the difference between the original ring and the exchange was to be put into store credit. I wanted my refund back on my credit card. I emailed to cancel the entire order and they say I'll be subject to ANOTHER restock fee on the exchange and they can't reverse the "in store credit. " Yeah ok, what a crooked way to do business. Plus, there is no customer service to actually talk to on the phone. You can email them but you don't get prompt responses.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
