I ordered my ring over one month now and I have yet to receive my ring or an update. It still says processing 30 days later. I had to purchase another ring from another company, that which I received in two days with regular updates. Please don't buy from this company. I feel like I lost $116.

I ordered a ring for my engagement almost one month in advance, I ask about my order and they told me it was late, I had to ask, they didn't cared abouty order and my ring never came, they offered a 10% discount, and ask me to pick another ring, are you kidding? Dont buy from this company, took for ever to get my refund

Received a ring, and in less than 1 year had multiple small stones fall out of the setting. I sent the ring in and they replaced the missing stone (which took almost a month each time, equaling over 1/3 of the year), but then the large stone chipped. They then refused to fix the ring, stating it was now over the 1-year warranty. They offered a discount which was fine, and I purchased a replacement. This was purchased on 1/16/2020, 7-9 day processing, with 3 day shipping. As of 1/30/2020 the order was still listed as "Processing". I reached out to customer service and they explained the processing and shipping breakdown (which I had already expressed my understanding to), and then that it was Chinese New Year (which started on 1/25/2020) and they are on Holiday. I asked where on their site, emails, ordering process, etc. did it state they would not be processing ANY orders for over 2 weeks during this period. Their response was they would put a rush on the order, and send an email once it has shipped. It has now been another week... and the order is still "Processing". I sent another mail asking for an update, and received a response stating that the order would be sent out on 2/12/2020. It is 2/17/2020 and the order is still "Processing". You're definitely getting what you (at the end of the day) over pay for with this company, and Customer Service is not very effective in changing that. If your planning on getting something as a gift make sure you give yourself enough cushion, and hope you don't run into any issues with shipping or quality. Or just spend a little bit more somewhere with better quality that's more reliable...

The ring is absolutely stunning. Love the quality. The stones shine like crazy! Everything about it is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was awesome. It took sometime for the ring to arrive (almost 2 weeks) which was expected. But it was all worth the wait. I would definitely visit Jeulia again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

DO NOT USE JEULIA

My fiancée brought me a ring I completely fall head over heels inlove with off jeulia as my engagement ring, and within less than a month a stone had fallen out, I accepted that it happens and so I just contacted them and they offered me a return address so that it can be repaired. THIS WAS ALSO WHEN WE DISCOVERED THAT AN AUSTRALIAN WEBSITE WAS INFACT NOT AUSTRALIAN! Upon sending my ring back, at my own cost kind you, i had done as requested and given them the shipping information. This was however when the communication completely ended. I sent 6-8 "tickets" and emails regarding my ring, to which received no reply what so ever. The "number" on the website is not a real number, it does not connect. And then to top it all off the Australian website is suddenly non existent. EXTREMELY HURT AND DISAPPOINTED AS I ALSO BROUGHT MY FIANCÉE HER RING OFF JEULIA AND ITS GORGEOUS BUT MINE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE. I will most definitely be taking this higher, and seeking legal action again this company

Espectacular service

I bought a ring set on theese days. First: it was a very fast delivery. I had some trouble with the address and got a message from the customer service. Long story short, all the feedback I had was excellent and I got my ring. It's beautiful! More beautiful than the picture. I recommend it!

There's not enough words to describe how horrendous this so-called business is. That should be burned to the ground. They're supposedly based out of California but I think they are based out of the hole in Afghanistan. They barely speak English. The grammar alone is enough to turn a person off. If you want your sanity, and your money, do not do "business" with them. Their response is that the 30-day refund policy passed. How does a person know their buying a piece of junk in only 30 days. I turned them in to the BBB but apparently, they have pull somewhere. Take a look at the photos. The 1st photo is the day I received it. Do the remaining photos even resemble the same ring? They sent me a new one rather than refund even though I adamantly said I didn't want anything else from them. Why the heck would I want another piece of crap? They were not willing to admit fault. The are cons. I could not have a refund. They should have been bending over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. Instead they basically gave me the middle finger while laughing. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are a joke.

Stayed this way for less than 5 months! Turned to garbage. Tarnished and gray. Ugly, ugly ring!

Your ring is bought in June 2019, and you asked for a refund because of color fading in Nov 2019 According to our 30 Days Exchange and Return policy, your order could not be returned anymore, so our customer support suggests to repair or exchange the ring for you immediately. No refunds

This was the worst transaction I have ever had online. From the beginning, the ad stated the jewelry was buy two get one free. I had to fight to get that. They would not honor their own ad. Took a screenshot to show them the proof and they still denied it. The rings arrived and are complete junk. It took multiple emails to "prove" why I wanted to return the items and I had to send pictures to prove I never wore them. Was told I could only return 2 out of the 3 without major financial penalty. Now I am stuck with a junk ring I'll never wear. Told them I wanted a refund and they applied it as store credit. Obviously I do not want any more of their junk so that doesn't help me. I requested the refund over the course of 20 emails and live chats and they refused. Now I'm out 250 dollars with nothing to show for it. Filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting to hear. Looks like hundreds of people had the same issue with them. Should've read about them on BBB prior to buying.

I amsuprised hoe quality and heavy this ring was. Very pleased and came on time according to hubby and not damaged at all.
