In a world where you can't really guarantee what you find on social media to be genuine, it's always a win win when you find a company that exceeds your expectations. So much is photoshopped these days or illegally duplicated that you almost feel hesitant to bother. Two years ago I came across this website and showed my hubby. I expressed how beautiful and authentic the quality seemed. Needless to say my wedding ring was upgraded with one of Jeulia's rings. I can literally be a few feet away or just casually walking by and everyone and I mean everyone compliments my ring. It's to the point that I may even consider hand modeling, lol. One of the best features I can brag about is the quality and non tarnishing factors of the jewelry. I literally never take it off and the stones are still the same as day one. This is a company that will continue to get my money years to come!

After ordering there is the first info. One of theese rings have to be manufactured first. In China. Ok: there was NO info on the website, that the rings are not ready now AND there was no info before, that they are crafted in china. Anyway, so we have to wait.
At December 29th i am asking per mail: Whats the matter? No Info, no messaging about shipping? Answer from 30th: "sorry, we will ship on January 2.2020. Ok. So after one and a half week the shipment arrives (because it was shipped from somewhere in china, it takes a time).
After 2 Weeks the first of the rings is broken - see picture. 3 Days later the second ring is also broken! So i claim the order. After some days there is a backinfo from jeulia: claim accepted. I have now to ship the rings - to CALIFORNIA. Now, i am living in germany. Again there was NO for me noticeable hint on the website about the company headquarters sitting in california! The website simple simulating the impression: it is an german company. But its not.
Thats simply scaming - and nothing more. The rings are now given to a local goldsmith in munic. He could suchesful repair the damage. Baying by jeulia: Never. Ever. Again.

It's been 21 days since I placed my order and it's still processing. I've read their responses and they blame it on the spring festival. That's all fine and dandy but when you do business outside of your home base you should alert customers of production stoppage. The number on the site leads to a recording saying they don't have a phone because their warehouse moved. In the correspondence I have had with them. No one has mentioned the spring festival only that is was still processing and an email would be sent once it's ready to ship. I've actually purchased another ring in the meantime. I'm really hoping this ring I ordered from them is worth the wait. I will update my review once it arrives but it's still processing 21 days from my order. 6 days longer than the listed 10-15days for processing.

I had opened one ticket to ask about the status of my order during the 9-15 business day window they advertise on their website, which was answered and they told me when to expect my order to ship. That day is now passed, my order is still processing, and they have not responded to email, tickets, or Messenger. Horrible service, don't shop here.

They look like they cost way more. They hold up well and have never turned my fingers green. They haven't bent from me taking them off. No stones missing and I've owned them for about 3 years now. They haven't turned my fingers green either.
I ordered a ring feb 5. No shipping email. No response to my email inquiring about my order. Fast forward 2 weeks later I did some extensive research and had to post numerous complaints on the JEULIA Facebook page to get a response of some sort. The company is located in China and they are lying to paying customers about the virus and the spring festival. Sadly it's dozens of paying customers like me who are left with no merchandise and no explanation of shipping dates. I wish this company would just tell the truth and give us the real deal with pending orders.

Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
