Ordered item 19th Jan. Production period is 8 to 10 days as stated on website. After 10 days still no news. Order status on website stated "ready to ship" but no shipping info received whatsoever afterwards.
Emailed them to enquire, reply made by a company called JOANCEE instead (I am confused now), stating that they are on holiday, order after 10th Jan will take 15 to 20 days to process. Needed to wait longer until February.
February came, still no news. Emailed them back and forth and no reply whatsoever. JOANCEE replied again saying that if i did not want to wait, they will initiate a full refund. I opted for a refund. No apologies made. No refund receipt. Tinnivi website still states that my order is "ready to ship"!. Apparently when asked if Joancee and Tinnivi is of the same company, a lady named Ivy said they are not but I kept getting emails for JOANCEE not Tinnivi, yet all my email was addressed to Tinnivi customer service.
Last email I received was indeed from Tinnivi this time (finally) BUT IT WAS THE EXACT SAME EMAIL (COPY N PASTE) JUST LIKE THE 1ST EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM JOANCEE JEWELRY TO TELL ME THAT THE COMPANY IS ON HOLIDAY.
Confusing as it may seemed, I did get a full refund just today after contacting my bank to check (actually not 100% since there was a deduction on svc fees or whatsoever. Lost AUD10 for nothing). Checked their website and it's running as usual, very decievingly pretty and organised. Rest assured I am never again dealing with this company. Red flags everywhere. *The item ordered was a gift, it never came. Very very upset and disappointed.
