Free shipping cost $20 if you cancel your order the same day they charge you a 30% fee even on the free shipping charge (Nothing was shipped)! That is a lie since they don't refund any of your money even if you agree to the 30% charge!

Stay away from these crooks. I paid 110.00 for a ring that looked different from their website. It also was to big. Their rings run larger. It looked like a cheap 12.00 Walmart ring and no doubt it was. I never ordered online jewelery before and unfortunately ordered from these crooks. I had every single thing from the pamphlets to the bag and box. Because I took the little tag with the ring size off that gave them the right to be extremely rude saying they weren't taking it back. If ever I wanted to throttle anybody it would be these scammers. Selling me a cheap ring for 100 dollars. I'm telling you don't order from this company if you're a picky person, you will not get a refund at all and they are rude as@*! If you want to take the chance make sure you do not remove the little easily replaced tag and if you do... DO NOT LOSE IT! That's their little scam technique to keep your hard earned money for the crap product they sell. They do include a little piece of warning paper but a lot of people just open the box wanting to see the ring and there's a bunch of other papers, a pretty little bag and box and that's the distraction they use. Because of the little paper when you threaten fraud and calling the bank they get cocky as all heck. How about putting it on your website instead. They say 30 day refunds but it should say 30 day refunds as long as the stupid little size tag is still on the ring. Ridiculous thieving crooks selling crap jewelry.

I have been collecting jewelry for many years. I stumbled upon Jeulia's website when I was looking for a specific ring (emerald cut eternity band). I ordered it, was very happy with my purchase, have continued to order from Jeulia Jewelry and am impressed.
I have since purchased more rings and have been very happy with each one. Each ring is so very sparkly. Sometimes the wait to receive the order is a bit longer than I would like, however, each ring is inspected before it is shipped, is meticulously packaged to protect the jewelry- and that is worth the wait.
Ordered product, and was shocked when I received the product it was far better than what I imagined, detail oriented right on down to the packaging.
I returned a ring on December 2nd it is now December 10th no refund yet! I have been told 3 different dates the refund was issued and each time I contact them they tell me to just keep waiting it takes 3-5 business days! They are a scam and I am reporting them to the California Attorney General!

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
