I ordered a $100 ring. Got it, didn't fit well, requested information for returning. Sent a pic as requested returned exactly as directions requested and now after a month of no refund they say it don't have a tracking number so they now won't process the refund! Do NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

The ring is pretty but definitely looks fake. It runs small. I normally wear a 4 1/2 and I ordered a 5 and it's tight. Very unhappy.
Bought a ring set, wife can't wear the band part because the stones, with sharp edges, digs into the sides of her fingers. Sad because it's a beautiful ring set
The ring came very quickly which I liked. It was much lighter in weight than it appeared online. They advertise free shipping on some orders but if you use that it takes a longer time for your purchase to arrive. Their return policy seems complicated in comparison to other online places I have shopped. You even have to email to get a return address. I will keep this purchase but not sure I will purchase again.

Had it less than thirty days and a stone on the inside where nothing could possibly even touch it fell out. Cheap. Looks like crap.
I had ordered a ring about August 9th and requested 4 day shipping. I had ordered 2 other rings previous and they came in 4 days. I ordered another ring expecting it to get her in 4 days. However it did not. I could not get any information what happened. I contacted Jeuila. The person handling this was named Jodie. She found the order and worked on getting my ring to me. The only disappointing thing was I wanted the ring for a special occasion and it arrived too late. Thank you Jodie for helping me in this matter.
My husband bought me a wedding band from here about a yr ago and now the silver turned a black color and I have blisters forming on my ring finger it's all red and chaffing... I have tried to clean the ring and nothing helps

Unfortunately, we cannot track returns without a tracking number due to the large number of packages processed in our warehouse. And as our 30 days return policy clearly states, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it, returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
