My rings were pretty. The band looked kind of fake though, didn't love it. The shipping was fantastic though.
Excellent customer service. Had to send my ring back for a different size and now I am waiting for them to receive my return and then send the size I need.
I purchased a ring that had engraving offered. When I looked at wjere it could be engraved, there was no room. I asked to the engraving to stop and my money back and I was told no. I asked why not and it's part of policy NOT to refund someone's money if they do not want or like engraving. The place where my ring was "engraved" u can't even read or see it unless under a microscope. I recommend checking the ring or item fully. Because then Zoe will email u with her sinser apology and ba u on their policy
The Halo Heart ring is beautiful. My bf ordered it for me on Aug 11th and received it Aug 19th through USPS... The ring fits perfect and sparkles so bright!

We read all of the reviews. Fell in love with our rings on the Jeulia web site. My husband said, they use Pay Pal. Let's do it. So, on a Monday evening, we ordered our rings with normal delivery. That Thursday at 12:30pm, our rings arrived. We were so impressed that they were delivered so fast! And they are every bit as beautiful as we were expecting! I stopped wearing my diamond ring completely, and now only wear my heart shaped sapphire with blue sapphire accents. It sparkles like fire in the sun! We are extremely pleased! Thank you Jeulia!

Awesome ring. Since I had been having swollen fingers I ordered an 8 and 3/4 they did not have 1/2 sizes:-( so the ring is big on me. Not their fault I should have measured my finger first. The service and delivery was faster than I expected. Will certainly buy from them again.

Thank you for this very pretty piece of jewelry. I was dissapointed for 2 reasons: there was description on the size of the stone, it looks bigger in the picture but a very nicely made piece. And after paying I never received an acknowedgement of an invoice with any date of delivery. Really wish it would have had the size of the stone. Was also looking for some more 2 piece sets...
I was new to Jeulia. Looking for an affordable wedding set, and found the most unique set meant just for me! So many to choose from, great pricing. And the photos was perfect in helping me choose. Arrived very quickly, beautiful box and overall I couldn't be more happy with my experience and purchase! Definitely recommend.
When ordering from this company, there should be a better process for returning the product. I received a ring that I was not happy with I texted the company to return the ring. I had to give a reason take a photo send it twice. Ensuring that the ring was never worn or taken out of the package. After which I was told to return the ring at my own expense with a trCking number then send yet another email to track the package. After they receive the product they need to inspect it to decide if I receive a full refund. I will never order any product from this company EVER AGAIN
