A stone fell out of my ring... I purchased it 15 months ago. On-line Agent Emily only able to offer me 15% to replace it because it is past the 1 year warranty. Don't think the stone should be falling out after 15 months of normal wear and tear. I take it off to shower, sleep, do dishes and activities. Would not recommend because of their inability to stand behind their product.

This ring set is absolutely stunning, much more so than in the picture. I much appreciate that the center stone has 6 prongs instead of the usual 4. I received it quickly and will definitely order again. I just wish I had ordered it in a smaller size but don't want to take it off to return.

Well I personally knew going into this it was not gonna be a perfect ring but as I'm accepting a new job soon figured I'd go with something cheaper for now then get something better later. Well when I opened it up I was shocked to see it didn't look anything like the pictures and almost looked plastic. Way to embarrassed to give it to my girlfriend so rather return it and use that money plus some to get something else. Also I paid extra 20$ for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to show up..

This was my second purchase from jeulia but when my ring arrived it was a little small. From first contact regarding sending my ring back the team have been great. Giving me all the information I needed for my return. They keeped me up todate every step of the way. I have my new ring now and it fits great. The quality is great the ring look a million dollars i cant wait for my next purchase.
I'm embarrassed to say that I ordered twice from Jeulia because I got fascinated by the beautiful photographs and roped in by the discounts. In the end, this is nothing more than costume jewelry. It's oversized and gaudy and won't fool anyone into thinking that you paid hundreds or thousands for it. I can't believe that people are buying this for engagement and wedding rings. Halloween? Sure!
