Ring came to me without tags attached. I received the box and looked at the ring and emailed right away that I wanted to return it. I got the run around about how the tags must be attached and it is now not returnable. Thats what you get when you buy from a company in China. Stupidest buy from stupid people
It cameva day late, I didn't want to do express shipping, and when I realized I did - 2 minutes after placing order, I emailed them, they said it was too late, and then it was a day late. I've bought fake diamonds before, this looks very fake. It might pass as a diamond engagement ring, but a cheap one.

I found the perfect ring. Placed the order. I couldn't get the tracking for shipping to work. So I emailed the company. I received a link for the tracking the same day. Then the ring cam quicker then I thought. I received my ring today! I opened the bag to find a beautiful box with two drawer. One was a ring box with foam around and the other a bag with a card and a cleaning cloth inside. The ring was more stunning then I thought it would be. It's just percent. Looks real and the craftsman ship is amazing. My shopping experience was perfect from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you Jeulia!

Rings are not sized according to the order. A sticker is placed on the ring that states the size ordered, but the actual ring size is bigger.

You can't even read the engraving. It's so small you won't be able to see it unless you have a magnifying glass. Smh...

While we cannot accept the return of products with tags removed, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy.
