I purchased a ring and upon opening it I found a stone missing. I am requesting a replcacement; however I received an e-mail requesting a picture of the ring. I am a senior citizen and I do not know technology well enough too send a picture. I would like to return the ring for a replacement, but after going through all of this, I may just opt for a refund. I would have place other order with Jeulia, but I don't think I will purchace from the company again.

Ordering was efficient, product arrived within only a few days. Ring was disappointing compared to pictures-smaller and less impressive than displayed online. Would not have purchased if seen in person. 2 stars only for good service.
Shipping was incredibly quick, packaging was excellent, ring looks beautiful on my finger. Haven't worn it for any length of time, but I have high expectations that it will be crafted strongly enough to withstand being on my hand for long periods.

I ordered this ring and received it in about 48 hours. Very impressed with the ordering process. The ring is true to size and fits very nicely. It has alot of sparkle and is comfortable to wear. I was concerned that 3 rings might not stay together to good, but was happy to learn otherwise. This set is great, looks fabulous, and very impressive. I highly recommend Juelia rings.

I love my engagement ring from Jeulia. Fast service. Quality item at a great price. They sent a size too big, but replaced the ring. The only thing was they charged me shipping for them sending the wrong size.

After looking at rings for a few months, I came across this website and fall in love with the most beautiful wedding set. My bridal set was stunning and my husband's band was exactly what we had for. Cant wait to purchase a few more items.
It take longer than expected to come, about 3 weeks. But good things are worth waiting for! I love it. Just make sure that when u order, u make sure to give it enough time to come if you have an engagement u would like to wear your piece to. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about Jeulia!
