Because of a health condition I cannot wear gold of any kind. But most places the "silver" tarnishes quickly. I've been a customer of Jeulia for several years now and all of my purchases are still pristine! Best of all my husband (a medically retired veteran) can buy me one ever anniversary and not break the bank.

Personally, I had a great experience with Jeulia. Not only were they completely in contact with me the entire time, but they even expedited my ring for an event. They went way above the normal customer service expectations. They kindly answered every question I had with no complaint. No message went more than two hours without a detailed answer.

My gold ring arrived without the engraving I'd paid for. Getting a refund out of these people is nearly impossible. Don't believe the warranty crap... they are terrible at customer service by our standards.
The ring is very nice. But at the end of the day I did not receive the product I paid a lot for. I won't make that mistake again.

Photos don't do justice! These charms are so beautiful in person and shines in light. I ordered my bracelet in a size 7 and it fits perfectly! My ring is now my favorite ring I have. True to size. I've received many compliments, I've referred family and friends to Jeulia!

Getting a refund is almost impossible so you have to buy through PayPal and if anything goes wrong, open a case on PayPal to get your full money back! Multiple buyer rights violations!
Do NOT use your debit or credit card otherwise you will spend the rest of your life negotiating how much money you will get back!

The reason it is not refunded till now is that you have opened a dispute at PayPal and refused to close it. As we explained that if you opened the dispute at PayPal, then PayPal will have your payment frozen, no one can do any process on it unless you closed the dispute. Hope for your kind understanding on this. If you do not want to close the dispute, we totally understand. Please just leave it there to wait for PayPal to judge and determine. Please do not worry about it. PayPal will make the right decision.
BTW: After double-checking, this refund dispute is because you would like to cancel the order, and you opened a dispute because you do not agree with the refund amount. Your order is placed on May 18th, and you never asked to cancel the order until May 19th(24 hours later), when we contacted you and asking you to confirm your phone number for shipping purpose. Accordingly to our policy, a 30% cancellation fee as material and processing fee if your cancellation request is 120mins after you placed the order. For your case, your cancellation request is already 24 hours later and when we are ready to ship it out.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. But we do hope your kind understanding on the policy and hope for your cooperation, so we could proceed with the refund as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
