I bought a ring from them and it came right away, once the ring was removed from the Box I wore it to church on a Sunday morning I noticed while in church the stone was oversized and plastic looking. I didn't like it, I felt very silly wearing it I asked to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on any item worn. How is this possible? I wore it one time for 2 hours. I immediately put the ring back in the box after church. Ridiculous! Word of mouth means everything in today's world with all the social media out there. Where has our customer service gone? I definitely will be talking about this to all the world

I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call customer service numbers that are either out of business or answers, put you on hold and then hang up. You cannot speak to anyone! My order was placed on 12/26 and it is still showing in processed and in transit. I dont think i am ever getting this ring and if I do it will probably be a piece of junk! At this time I will just have my bank reverse the payment for goods not received. Be aware of this company it is to good to be true. A living nightmare

There's no information attached to the tracking number and I can't get a response when I call or try to chat online with a Jeulia representative. This is very disappointing and poor customer service. We should have known when the ring arrived from China. And the ring looks and feels super cheap. My husband tried to call to speak with someone about a refund with no answer. Finally he got a response on Facebook but they won't refund since the ring is damaged. Well no kidding!
The rings are the same quality as a $10 ring at a flea market. They will be hearing back from us when we can contact a manager and discussing a refund and the hospital bill we now have to pay.

When I looked I first saw all the five star reviews. If you dig deeper you'll see there once were many bad reviews and they all pretty much say the same thing. Everything is ok unless you want to return your purchase. I'm curious if anyone has successfully returned their purchase and received a refund? They gave me the runaround until it was too late to return.

This is my third ring. The quality of your work is exquisite. The stones sparkle and are clear. I don't normally wear silver so I will need to see how they wears over time. I do feel the product is well worth the price. Although the packaging is beautiful something less elaborate would save you costs that you might be able to pass on yo your customers.

They're website states hassle free returns. Not the case at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The jewelry was nice, I admit that, but I wanted to return it & they made it so difficult that I have kept the rings and am now trying to get at least half my money back by selling them. Don't buy unless you're sure!

I sent them and still nothing, no communications, no rings just broken Christmas promises. We ordered a replacement of my wedding ring I sent in a picture of what it looked like to begin with and they took every effort to match it for me sending me several pictures of their rings in return at all hours we were going back and forth. We had to customize one to match and it actually came out looking so gorgeous and better than the first ring I had. I simply love it. The customer service was great, shipping was really quick. I would recommend Jeulia to anyone. I get so many compliments on my ring due to I never wanted to be like anyone else and have the same ole wedding ring. We cant Thank you enough.
Ordered three items the first week of December and still haven't received my order. Paid for expedited shipped as well. I keep trying to call the number but I get a recording saying the service dept is closed. Also sent multiple emails to the service email address and get nothing but an automated response saying my order is processing. Yet after I ordered through their website, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. Terrible idea and my $189 is probably a sunk cost by now. Hopefully PayPal will be able to help me. Don't buy from this hack. They have a Facebook page and I'm about to rip them as soon as I finish typing this review. They don't even deserve a "1" rating.
Received my order and the ring is a piece of crap. I've been trying to get return authorization for over a week. No one gets back to me via email or live chat. The phone is only a voice mail whenever I call.
My wife hasn't been able to stop looking at and talking about these rings. They really are beautiful and appear to be well made. Only time will tell about that though. For now I am completely satisfied with the whole purchasing process. Ordering and payment was easy. Delivery was very timely and the presentation and appearance of the items was great. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
