Terrible... Terrible!

I bought a ring from them and it came right away, once the ring was removed from the Box I wore it to church on a Sunday morning I noticed while in church the stone was oversized and plastic looking. I didn't like it, I felt very silly wearing it I asked to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on any item worn. How is this possible? I wore it one time for 2 hours. I immediately put the ring back in the box after church. Ridiculous! Word of mouth means everything in today's world with all the social media out there. Where has our customer service gone? I definitely will be talking about this to all the world

I am in love with this ring! I opened my ring box and my jaw literally dropped! More beautiful than I imagined! The craftsmanship was phenomenal! It was almost like Christmas all over again! I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call customer service numbers that are either out of business or answers, put you on hold and then hang up. You cannot speak to anyone! My order was placed on 12/26 and it is still showing in processed and in transit. I dont think i am ever getting this ring and if I do it will probably be a piece of junk! At this time I will just have my bank reverse the payment for goods not received. Be aware of this company it is to good to be true. A living nightmare

Still WAITING

I ordered a ring over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I don't think it has even been shipped. There's no information attached to the tracking number and I can't get a response when I call or try to chat online with a Jeulia representative. This is very disappointing and poor customer service. If you're not going to send me the ring I purchased then refund my money.

Gorgeous Ring

Next to my wedding rings, this is the most gorgeous ring I own. Love the infinity symbol as it means the wold to me. Excellent workmanship! Fantastic pricing, will be shopping this site many times to come.

Stay Away

Save your money, don't buy from these guys. Don't know how many of you have seen the super cute skull rings from Jeulia Jewelry, but I really wanted one. Got it for Christmas and within minutes of putting it on my finger started to swell from an allergic reaction Got cut off at the ER... our most memorable Christmas so far

We should have known when the ring arrived from China. And the ring looks and feels super cheap. My husband tried to call to speak with someone about a refund with no answer. Finally he got a response on Facebook but they won't refund since the ring is damaged. Well no kidding!

The rings are the same quality as a $10 ring at a flea market. They will be hearing back from us when we can contact a manager and discussing a refund and the hospital bill we now have to pay.

When I looked I first saw all the five star reviews. If you dig deeper you'll see there once were many bad reviews and they all pretty much say the same thing. Everything is ok unless you want to return your purchase. I'm curious if anyone has successfully returned their purchase and received a refund? They gave me the runaround until it was too late to return.

Saphire rings

This is my third ring. The quality of your work is exquisite. The stones sparkle and are clear. I don't normally wear silver so I will need to see how they wears over time. I do feel the product is well worth the price. Although the packaging is beautiful something less elaborate would save you costs that you might be able to pass on yo your customers.

Love what I paid for!

After reading some reviews from others that were having problems with delivery I was a little skeptical. As soon as I messaged a representative about my worries they quickly cleared my doubt away and told me when it would arrive. Low and behold my jewelry came in and I was ecstatic with the product! My rings are beautiful and I'm probable never going to take them off!

I have been looking for a created Emerald ring for a few years. Real Emeralds are very cloudy and I want the perfectly clear green. After much thought I decided to take a chance and order from Jeulia, at a price much less than any I have seen anywhere.
Now comes the exciting part... I can not tell you how much I love this ring! I chose the emerald cut engagement ring to wear on my right hand and I am over the moon about it! From a lady who has plenty of the real stuff... I will choose Jeulia from here on out!

I had ordered my wedding ring and wedding band off of Jeulia's website and was overly happy with the quality of these rings! They are absolutely stunning and just as beautiful (if not more so) than how they are portrayed in their pictures! I would (and have) recommend this site to any and all of my friends and family! I ordered and received 2 very pretty rings that I liked very much. Unfortunately, both rings lost stones within one week. I contacted Jeulia and received authorization to return them for repair or replacement. That was a month ago. I requested a status of the return twice via e-mail to the site, and have had no response. Called as well, phone does not work. Worst customer service experience ever

They're website states hassle free returns. Not the case at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The jewelry was nice, I admit that, but I wanted to return it & they made it so difficult that I have kept the rings and am now trying to get at least half my money back by selling them. Don't buy unless you're sure!

Love my ring, husband did perfect.

I was scared at first because we ordered another ring from a different company. It looked cheap so I was scared to do this again. But I love it. Has a nice center stone and rubies on the side. Beautiful. Best money ever spent. Quality perfect. Would order another one. It's beautiful. Got to is super fast.

Shiney and perfect

I was skeptical at first before ordering as one usually is seeing ads on social media. But it's gorgeous, well made and so far so good. Came in a beautiful box with gift bag. I am very pleased... I may very well be a repeat customer. Lots of compliments and no one knows it's not real except me!

DON'T DO IT

I have purchased three rings for my wife. All three have had stones fall out. After repeated emails and phone calls I finally got a representative send me a mailing address to have them repaired. I sent them and still nothing, no communications, no rings just broken Christmas promises. Do Not purchase from this company, shipping takes forever, poor quality and they don't stand behind their products. Still have my money though.

We ordered a replacement of my wedding ring I sent in a picture of what it looked like to begin with and they took every effort to match it for me sending me several pictures of their rings in return at all hours we were going back and forth. We had to customize one to match and it actually came out looking so gorgeous and better than the first ring I had. I simply love it. The customer service was great, shipping was really quick. I would recommend Jeulia to anyone. I get so many compliments on my ring due to I never wanted to be like anyone else and have the same ole wedding ring. We cant Thank you enough.

Ordered three items the first week of December and still haven't received my order. Paid for expedited shipped as well. I keep trying to call the number but I get a recording saying the service dept is closed. Also sent multiple emails to the service email address and get nothing but an automated response saying my order is processing. Yet after I ordered through their website, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. Terrible idea and my $189 is probably a sunk cost by now. Hopefully PayPal will be able to help me. Don't buy from this hack. They have a Facebook page and I'm about to rip them as soon as I finish typing this review. They don't even deserve a "1" rating.

My wife hasn't been able to stop looking at and talking about these rings. They really are beautiful and appear to be well made. Only time will tell about that though. For now I am completely satisfied with the whole purchasing process. Ordering and payment was easy. Delivery was very timely and the presentation and appearance of the items was great. Assuming the quality holds up I will be a return customer.
