Bought one ring. Came missing a stone. Customer service live chat, phone and email is exhausting. I refused to give up. I got my replacement ring and rose gold plating has come off in 3 days of wearing. She disappointed and tired of fighting.

Absolutely stunning!

I have been admiring this ring for awhile but I was afraid to go ahead and order it because of the disappointment I've had buying other "low cost" pieces of jewelry. This ring is no disappointment what so ever. Its simply beautiful. More so in person. I'm super impressed and can now trust this website to deliver quality pieces at reasonable prices.

I ordered a ring and it came within a matter of days. I had an easy time finding what I wanted on the website and my wife loved the piece. She visits the website too, now. I was pleasantly surprised with how quick, great and easy everything turned out. Needless to say, I'll be going through Jeulia for most, if not all, my jewelry needs.

I ordered my ring 01/07. Never received the ring. Cannot get anyone to answer my emails, phone calls or any correspondence I have tried to use to get answers. Now the site is offline and you can't talk to anyone if you wanted to. So disappointed. Am I out this money?
Isn't there some legal action we can take against this business? There seems to be an awful lot of us with the same issues. Taking your money and getting nothing. A crime.

Words cannot describe how I feel about the purchase that we made from you.

The boxes were exquisite high quality just like at a jewelry store.

The jewelry was exactly as it was in the picture and it Sparkles beyond belief.

It took me at least 30 minutes to stop looking at the jewelry.

Everyone is ecstatic about how beautiful these pieces are and because I love sterling silver this is just amazing! The one-year guarantee is an awesome thing as well to reassure new people that you stand behind your product.

Rip off!

Ordered an engagement on Cyber Monday. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Was supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing. Sent several emails, no reply. Called their 800 number, not functional. Tried Facebook, nothing. Tried their live chat, nope. So I've been ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM JEULIA!

Stone already fell out

Can't believe I wore it twice and a stone fell out already. There are no return instruction and no other paperwork that came with the ring to contact anyone. Was happy on quick delivery but it was short lived.

My fiance ordered my ring on 11/28, regular shipping, with an inscription. Received an email the next day from the company stating there were too many characters in the inscription. He adjusted inscription and also changed delivery address so it didn't come to our home and ruin the surprise. Received another email a few days later stating everything had been updated and his order was being processed. Ring arrived a week before Christmas. He proposed Christmas day and the ring is beautiful. I've received compliments from every person that has seen it and it looks real.
We are both extremely pleased with the company and the product.
The only area for improvement is maybe more email communication for things such as confirmation of shipping. However, he did receive a tracking number and successfully tracked the ring during shipping.
Sorry folks, no complaints here!

Nice Item, the main stone was a little bigger than I desired but just as beautiful. Only have one suggestion to help with next purchase need for description list total weight of main stone and weight the other stones.

Disappointed

I never received my order however they say I did. Now Im having to wait for an investigation to find it in order for a refund. Highly disappointed and most likely wont buy again or tell others about them.

I must admit, I was concerned about buying jewelry on the internet, especially for such a low price. However, I am exceptionally pleased. I bought these rings to wear as a guard. They add sparkle, and held up well.

It's a RIP OFF

I ordered a ring set from Jeulia.com on Black Friday this year. It showed up on time but when upon opening the ring since I didn't inspect it 100% ( it was a gift.) I was informed that it was missing three stones in the halo setting. I've emailed the company twice and called the 1-800 number once, I've gotten absolutely no answer on whether or not they will refund my money. Turns out because the jewelry tag was removed they will not issue a refund nor replace the ring. The ring left the box it came in once. This company is a scam, sending sub-par fake jewelry with promises of hand made quality. Highly disappointed

The exceptional after-sales service and support that I have received with regard to shipping updates has been nothing short of phenomenal. Worse service ever

As a new client, this has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I ordered something from you. It's the wrong size. I have not been able to speak to someone about returning or exchanging. I managed to send an email. Although I mentioned in the email what the issue was, instead of offering a solution, the person just said they were very busy and ask me to contact them if I needed assistance. Hello! I told you you what I needed. Let's just say. I have not heard back from anyone despite responding to that same email. A zero is what you really deserve.

Terrible... Terrible!

I bought a ring from them and it came right away, once the ring was removed from the Box I wore it to church on a Sunday morning I noticed while in church the stone was oversized and plastic looking. I didn't like it, I felt very silly wearing it I asked to return it and was told that they do not accept returns on any item worn. How is this possible? I wore it one time for 2 hours. I immediately put the ring back in the box after church. Ridiculous! Word of mouth means everything in today's world with all the social media out there. Where has our customer service gone? I definitely will be talking about this to all the world
