I bought this ring because I somehow lost my wedding ring when I was pregnant a year and a half ago. If you dont look close, you would be able to tell that it is fake. The diamond in the center definitely looks fake due to its blue hue and I miss the weight of my wedding ring. But it looks like it is good quality and will stand up well. I bought it on cyber Monday and loved the price I was able to get it at too. The fact that its not real, but I can convincingly wear it and have people recognize that I am a married woman is a wonderful thing.
I returned a ring and my dog literally ate the paperwork and the company is not looking for my ring although I sent it back. How can you not locate it? It makes no sense when I called and was told where to send it! Very dissatisfied with the return/warranty policy! So I spent over $125 on a ring and have nothing to show for it!

The tracking number is the only proof that can identify your return, that's why we remind you of giving us the tracking number when we send you the return shipping address. And also, as the 30 days return policy clearly state, when returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it.
