I ordered my ring from Julia on November 22,2017 and received my ring about a week later and I love it! It's a good quality and absolutely beautiful!
I order 3 bracelets and 2 rings and when they finally arrived 1 Of the bracelets was missing a birth stone and the other bracelet was a couples bracelet that also had a missing stone and a saying that made no sense. So I contacted Jeulia about the problems, they had no problem exchanging the bracelets but I had to mail them back (at my cost) and I had to also pay for the replacement bracelets shipping back to me and it took 2 months to get the items back... IT was a very long process aand some what frustrating.
The ring arrived quickly & my fiance loves it. The fit is perfect. The stone is bright. The band is very good quality.
My beautiful engagement ring came from Jeulia. My fiancee and I both think it is the prettiest ring we've ever seen. It catches the light so beautifully, I can't stop staring at it! I am thrilled! My fiancee and I bought our wedding rings last November 25,2017 and arrived 3 days after we ordered it (November 28,2017). The woman ring looks really GREAT and fits my fiancee well (size 7), however, my ring is a little tight. We originally ordered size 7.5 for me but what arrived is size 7 (both rings). We didn't get the chance to return my ring fo replacement since I have accidentally removed the size tag while removing the ring from my finger. Could have ordered size 8 instead.
I followed the sizing chart for the ring and ordered a bigger size based on the chart against my better judgement. I was worried that it could be European sizes like clothing and run small. I ordered a size 9 and wish i would have ordered my normal ring finger size which is 7 1/2 and I think it would have fit perfectly. Now I have to wear it on my index finger. Overall the ring is gorgeous and looks even better in person.

Beautiful ring but i thought i was getting saphire side stones, but they looked more like aqua marine. My wife loves the ring.

Ordered a ring, it was the wrong size so I sent it back to get another and I still dont have the new ring OR refund bc they want some kind of number that I DO NOT HAVE. They have not tried to help in any way. I will not order from them ever again and I will tell everyone I know and others not to order from this compnany.
