I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with how understanding and how patient your companies customer service is it took me a little while to send the ring back and ur customer service rep was totally understanding and not pushy extremely helpful when I asked a question it was overall one of the best customer service dept. s that I've actually dealt with wish I could give U all a million stars or more because you cerently deserve it!

The ring is great but too big. Need to get a size smaller. Paid $20 to get a size 7 ring sent but didn't get a return address to send the size 8 back. The initial order purchase date was in November 2017 and not July 2016 as shown above.

I have ordered from Jeulia several times and have been pleased. What you recieve looks like what you ordered and it holds up to time.
Ring ordered was charged $20.00 shipping. I immediately notified them I didn't need rushed order. They wouldn't fix the order. Well it's been a couple of weeks & I still don't the ring that I paid expedited charges for. Won't be ordering again. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews.

Terrible customer service, not satisfied with product. Company need to have in bold letter of they horrible return policy. So at least client is aware. The worst experience that i've had since I have been doing online shopping.

I love this business. The jewelry is GORGEOUS! And so very sparkly. I have ordered before and couple of rings. I jumped in for something a little bigger than before. And I can say enough about how beautiful it is. The quality is excellent. Everything is just as a much more expensive ring set. I very much recommend them to anyone who might be thinking of a bit of blingy joy. I even showed my hubby others that I wanted but felt to guilty to buy for myself. Lol I'm hoping Santa might put something sparkly in my stocking..

This ring is beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on it already! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for something nice but not expensive. The packaging is even gorgeous.
This is a very beautiful ring that came in a classy packaging that arrived early. It's brilliance show beautifully in certain lighting. Unfortunately I lost one of the white sapphires in the band ring but it's at the bottom of the ring. Other than that, the ring is very beautiful I just hope that the other Stones stay in place.
