I work in healthcare, and constantly wash my hands. I needed a ring that not only looked gorgeous, but could withstand the trauma I put it through. When my Jeulia ring came in the mail, and I opened it, my first reaction was Wowwwww.The quality, the craftsmanship, was beyond my expectations! I may just have to order 2 or 3 more to give some variety to my hand decor!
I ordered a ring and checked out with PayPal. They then delivered the order to the wrong address, an old address from over a year ago that was still in their system. When I messaged them immediately to request a change in the address they refused. I was told by UPS that Jeuila was able to change it yet didn't request it, and could at anytime. IA asked Jeulia THREE times to correct the address and was refused each time. I was rudely reminded that they received 'thousands of orders a day' and couldn't assist me. I went through a lot to have my product reach me, and if it weren't for the UPS allowing me to request an emergency DCR, I'd have never gotten my order. Jeulia didn't care that they could help me, or that I didn't live at that the address they sent the product to, they didn't try to resolve the issue nor could explain why they sent it to the wrong address to begin with (since I didn't ever enter that address and used PayPal to check out, it should have gone to my current PayPal address). I have always enjoyed this site yet they proved they don't value clients, only the dollar. They just made sure I won't be spending thousands here in the future, and instead took my small order now and ruined my experience. After the third time of trying to request help, I knew they didn't care if my package never arrived.
I totally love my ring. The sparkle it has and I don't have to worry about it turning my finger colors. I can't wait to be able to purchase another! Their jewels are worth every penny.
Disappointed. Spent $100 on a ring looks nothing like video. Great packaging tho. If it didnt come from China... id return for a refund.
Got the necklace and it was not what my niece wanted. The picture made it look small and petite but the stone was large and the necklace length was way too long for a young girl.

The ring came immediately. The packaging is quite elegant. Offering half sizes sealed the deal for a perfect fit.
I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure the receiving of this product for anniversary gift only to be disappointed.
Always get great deals, Nice stuff great values, and if you get the wrong size, ez returns. Highly recmmend
I ordered a ring for myself and for my husband. Upon arrival my ring was too small and in order to correct the size I would have to pay double shipping, shipping to send it and shipping to receive a ring in the different size. My husband's ring broke within 2 days and there's issues having it replaced. Although the price and the look of the items is beautiful the hassle to correct the problems is horrible. I will not shop here again.!

I have bought several pieces and love them all. The compliments I get are always amazing. They look and sparkle like diamonds. I am on a weight loss journey and the prices are so great that I can replace my rings with new ones that are smaller and more beautiful than the ones I bought before.
I love the style and how it is made but the Stone has no brilliance. It is flat with no sparkle. I know it is a lab created stone but for the price I expected more sparkle in it. Thats my only dissatisfaction.
