I ordered my laptop through another vendor. It arrived in a timely manner. Weirdly, my old laptop started working again. Stacey, in customer service worked we me to receive my return and assure I receive my refund. I will definitely order from them again.
I ordered chrome book which came in extremely bad cosmetic condition with a big line at the center of screen. Upon reaching out to the support team they asked to sent it back on my own cost as the item is not "Defective". Even though I tried to convince and shared the photos of item handled so badly in past, they still refuse to take it back at their own expense.
STAY AWAY from them as the are selling extremely poor condition products terming them as refurbished. Very bad experience and wrote this review to save money of other people. Don't fall in their trap.
The item condition is far worse than what is in the description. You will have to pay for return shipping if you want to return. The customer service is a joke. I am never going to use their website and strongly recommend this to everyone.
I purchased 2 Apple ipads for my children for Christmas last year. Neither one of them worked. When my daughter contacted Apple she gave them the serial # and was told they were not an Apple product and probably came from a Chinese sub par clone company. Itech told me 30 days had passed and no refund nor was I eligible for an exchange. Lousy customer service bait and switch on the product.
They sent me a refurbished computer that had at least 10 chips out of the screen, right across the middle. I never even tried out the computer, it was so distracting. After a 3 week process, they said I could send it back but I would have to pay for shipping because it wasn't defective.
When asked if they would send it out to someone else as is, they replied, "No, we won't do that."
So it's good enough to ship to me but not to anyone else?
I've bought several items such as an iPhone, Apple Watch, chromebook, and an iPad from itechdeals. They all have worked out fine.
Pretty sure they pulled this out of the secondhand store's dumpster and then dropped it several more times just to be sure it has the look of garbage. I had even paid extra for expedited shipping which was not expedited. Seriously, stay away from this company.
If you are looking for a place on the internet where you can buy some electronics at a very pleasant price, you shoud definetely come to this store. I got my laptop at perfect condition and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I ordered something and never got it. Apparently they were out of stock. 2 weeks later and I get a refund. What a joke.
I am beyond disappointed in the customer service or shall I say lack of. They are a scam company! They show photos of one item and mail out something completely different and expect you to pay the shipping! I emailed over a week ago, one day after receiving the crap they sent. It has taken them a week to get back to me. Will enclose photos of the items that they advertise on the website and what they sent out!
These people are thieves, the advertise their products as refurbished and rhey are used, very used, full of scratches and defects.
Do not waste your money and time!
I have been pleased with every thing purchased from this website. I made a mistake on this last purchase in that the computer didn't have enough juice to handle all my programs. Stacey was very helpful!
I would have given zero stars if it would have let me. I placed my $208 order on October 6th and it's now the 19th of October. I paid the $30 for expedited shipping. I've sent multiple emails and have been given the run around. My final email was to ask for a number so I could speak with someone and instead of giving me a number "Jessica" stated that she would put a tracer on my package and get back to me in ANOTHER 14 days. Understand this is after communicating several emails back and forth and getting nowhere. I do have a number and when I call the number it says welcome to itech please send your customers service issues to …and then it says the email address and thank you have a good day. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is not totally full of crap. Please beware.
Frustrated…
Over the years I've purchased everything from iPads to laptops to MacBooks from iTech. There are always going to be a few hiccups when you are dealing with "refurbished" stuff. And I've always tried to be both reasonable and understanding when issues arose.
Two weeks ago I ordered a MacBook Pro from iTech to replace my upgraded mid-2012 unit that met a tragic and sudden end. Shortly after placing the order I was surprised and pleased to receive an email, complete with tracking number, telling me my MacBook was "on its way." Every morning I religiously checked the order's status, only to be told "on its way" continued to mean that a mailing label had been generated. It wasn't "on its way."
Days passed. More days passed. Nothing. I wrote iTech customer service and was given a new tracking number. One that told me a label had been generated. More emails followed, along with more boilerplate replies that utterly ignored the actual issue. Despite iTech's assurances, the MacBook clearly hadn't shipped.
The truth finally emerged. The product, iTech admitted, was out of stock. It was, in fact, out of stock when it was ordered. And iTech, I was able to determine, knew it was out of stock when it charged my credit card. I cancelled the order and iTech promised to process a refund.
The problem? ITech knowingly, and potentially fraudulently, sold a product it knew it couldn't deliver, a product that it knew, or should have known, didn't exist. Further, iTech spent two weeks lying to me before admitting, under pressure, there was no product and there was no "on its way." C'mon iTech. If a product is out of stock, just say so. Don't lead your customers on with a bunch of insincere and dishonest boilerplate emails. Thanks to this ruse, I'm now a week late on a project and back to square one with another vendor.
As to future iTech purchases, we're done. It's over. Adios..
I had an issue with an order/item and Customer Service responded with 24 hours and resolved the issue. They were great. I'm very satisfied!
I guess yall surprise box is a scam yall sent chrome book laptop but fake me out on my box this is so unfair bad enough u have to wait for items now add on a response back now as well more time to receive item or money back this is just sicken
This is the 2nd time I have ordered an item from itechdeals and not received. Apparently, this time the item has been lost in the mail. Customer Service has not provided any status (they deal with shipper) and now I get no response to latest status request. I waited the 48 hours they promised' to respond in. I do not like being ignored. My correspondence, up until my current anger, has been professional and strictly business. Absolutely no reason to be ignored and invalidated as a customer. I will not do ‘business' with this site again!
Contacted this company about my IPAD as it arrived with a crack on the screen. "It's refurbished" was their reply. Since when is a cracked screen acceptable? Would only return if i paid postage. They only pay postage if it is totally inoperable.
My title says it all. It was a highly used speaker missing the power adapter. It came without a box or instructions. After about 25 emails and a claim I filed with the credit card, they reluctantly agreed to take it back, at my cost.
I will never, ever do business with them in the future and I hope you do the same. Sorry I don't have time to post everything this website demands, but I don't want to spend any more time with this.
Had a terrible experience.
Placed order on 5/26 and received shipping confirmation.
After no updates on shipment reached out to their support on 6/7. They said they were reaching out to their shipping dept "ASAP"
After no updates reached out a few days later. Was told on 6/9 this was sent to their manager.
After no updates reached out again. Was told on 6/11 they really asked a manager to look into it.
No updates on 6/16. I finally gave up and requested a refund. On 6/17 they got back indicating they'll be sending it to their finance dept to issue a refund.
Terrible experience. Seems like they don't know how to ship items appropriately. I would've much rather received my items then getting a refund but oh well. Be aware.
Answer: They are 100% genuine and authentic
Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
