I purchased 2 iPad mini and was totally misled. The description showed the current value at $299 selling for $49. Total b. S. The computers are worthless. They are generation one. They imply the are new. Now it will cost more in shipping to return the I paid. Total garbage. After looking closer at their products it is clear they are selling junk and make it difficult to return. Don't buy anything from these scam artists.

I never received my shipment, and have been back and forth with them since Feb trying to get a resolution. They constantly make excuses to delay any action and now for past 2 months have only got a 'we're looking into it' response. This is all after 3 months of delays that they 'looking' into it with the carrier and other excuses. I still don't have any resolution and no longer getting replies, RIP OFF!

This company is probably a front for importing goods from China or their direct represents. The product are cheap, overpriced Junk, in addition it took over a month for my order to arrive; takes a long time to come from China. I am angry at myself for purchasing from them, I am usually pretty good at sporting a scam. Do yourself a favor, avoid any business with iTechDeals.

Bought 2 iWatches for my daughter and son for graduation so I waited to give it to them from the time I ordered it. 1 wouldn't hold a charge longer than an hour and the other wouldn't power up at all. Customer service let me know I missed the return policy. No understanding at all. If you buy something electronic, check it as soon as you get it.

I've ordered an iPad here, everything works great. Was well packed. What's more, the ordering process was easy. Will order more.

The computers are bulk used salvage in my experience. Chips, scratches, dents are normal not "refurbished" so if you dont mind that, the value is acceptable.

Do not order from this company, over a month now and I still don't have my Apple Watch.
I've gotten the runaround every time I've contacted them including, "We sorry, be assured your order is on the way." 3 weeks later "We're sorry, we didn't ship it cause it's out of stock, sorry no one told you...", "we can give you a refund or you can opt to wait till they're back in stock", I replied to that one right away requesting to cancel and get a refund to which they replied, "Sorry, too late. We found one and shipped it to you" Now the package appears to be "Lost" again.
I am disputing this with my credit card company and getting my money back. These people suck. I'll be happy to watch their business tank.

I bought a one year extended warranty on top of my purchase. They item came not working correctly. Within one month I returned it and have not gotten my refund after several attempts to email them. They stole my purchase money and my warranty money and they have the item back. Stay away. Stick to Best Buy for refurbished items.

Bought a chrome book so beat up looked like some body slammed it on the floor, ans some mask in a box so beat up if they were not in individual packages would not even use them... stay away beware the prices are cheap for a reason!

We registered this Dyson Hairdryer with Dyson, however when it failed, we were told that it is a fake hair dryer as it only has a two prong plug in versus the authentic ones have a grounded 3 prong plug in.

Bought an iPod that needs UPGRADE I need to pay for! Unacceptable! Why would they sell an iPod that immediately needs an upgrade for $29?

I received a gift from ITechdeals.com. I rcvd a smartwatch, 42mm. I reached out to them and asked if I could get the 45mm. At first they said they could only do refund. I explained it was a gift and I wouldn't have access to the funds plus it looks tacky sending something back and arrange to get the money. I was told send it back and they would exchange. I did so. I emailed them a few days later to find out status of my return. The woman told me she refunded the money. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager. Haven't heard from anyone but the customer service person.

I purchased two laptops from Itech deal and the device's haves defect with them and I purchased the extended warranty on both for 1 year I try to file a claim with the warranty department from CPS and Itech deal charged me and voided out my warranty plan so I'm lost out of the money for two laptops and two warranties I paid for it's a shame and my kids uses the laptops for school and it's been over 2momths now nobody had contacted me back it's not far to us as customers spending our hard earn money with this company it's unfair very unfair...

I recently purchased a laptop from this company. I plugged it in and everything was fine. I allowed it enough time to charge, and unplugged it. The unit died. I plugged it back in and it worked again. I contacted customer service, which must be somewhere on the other side if the planet, and was told to
"Leave it plugged in overnight." To make a long story short, the laptop had NO battery! Imagine! This was supposed to be refurbished. What did they do to it? Wipe it off?
The cover had about 4 screws in it, instead of about 10.
Ultimately I settled for a lousy $20 refund, purchased a battery myself (for $33) installed it myself, and all is well. So far.
I wonder if I have anymore problems will they say I voided the warranty by opening the case.

I bought mini ipads for my grandchildren for Christmas. My fault. I did not read the return policy. I buy early as it doesn't hurt my budget as much. So. I bought them at the end of October. They didn't open them until Christmas Eve. To my surprise they are so old you cannot download ANYTHING onto them! I will never purchase anything from here again.
