My title says it all. It was a highly used speaker missing the power adapter. It came without a box or instructions. After about 25 emails and a claim I filed with the credit card, they reluctantly agreed to take it back, at my cost.
I will never, ever do business with them in the future and I hope you do the same. Sorry I don't have time to post everything this website demands, but I don't want to spend any more time with this.
Tip for consumers:
Don't assume you will get what you're paying for. On top of everything else, they sent me a different item than I ordered.
