We purchased three Hoverboards, they sent us one that didn't work. We returned it in January. Its now April and still no return. We did our part they have not done theirs. I have an email with the tracking and information. I call and leave messages for their amazing customer service to hang up on you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCT SUCKS. THE SERVICE SUCKS.
Damn I didn't come across this site til too late. We ordered the board, they took our money then came the email. We need your debit card and other stuff for authorization. WHAT? You took my money now send the board... nope no answer to phone or email. FRAUDSTERS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
Hoverboards recalled and "payment" is credit for clothing from their website. I called and spoke to Robert - the "manager"- if he really is the manager it explains why they are such a terrible company. He was rude, not helpful and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. They deserve less than one star

I have placed 3 emails with no response and have placed multiple calls to the company to get nothing but the phone ringing off the hook. Filed a fraud charge with my bank and hoping to get my money back. This company is garbage!
Read and reread the reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered on 12/16 with 2 day shipping. It arrived on the 12/29. In my house Santa comes on the 25th... Have spent way too much time trying to contact them to return this, spoke with them a few times (guess I was the lucky one) but still can't return the darn thing... emails phone calls. At this point I am going to dispute it with my credit card company and let them deal with this. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They should be put out of business. I can't even complain at how poor their customer service is because that is the least of my concerns. Not sure how they are still in business and every day I have to listen to husband remind me he told to research the company BEFORE buying it, is another day that I HATE HOVERBOARD360.
I wish I read all of these reviews before I bought not 1 but 2 600$ hover boards with FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING! I ordered on 11/30 and still nothing. I have called several times and never got an answer and I have emailed to cancel. I put through an inquiry with AMEX and called UPS to see if I could put in a "refuse delivery" request but Hoverboard360 does not allow UPS to submit "Refuse Delivery" options. This is a scam. They deserve 0 stars.
Got it after a week, drove it around was enjoying it a lot then the motors literally stop working huge waste of money so disappointed it's unreal literally broke within an hour
I reported them to my bank. They will investigate them. I ordered on 12/01/15 and NOTHING TO DATE 12/24/15. I let them know if they did not cancel my order or refund my money, I would report them to my bank as bank fraud. They FINALLY RESPONDED to that email stating they would refund my money in 2 days... They never did. That was the last straw. I hope my bank finds out who these $#*!birds are pressed charges on them.
I have purchased many items online, ebay, amazon, private owners, businesses, I have never experienced a worse company, They promised shipping within 2 days, after 3 days and multiple calls which i was not able to speak to anyone and never received a call back, I cancelled the order via email, with in 1/2 hour they posted they had shipped my order, I told them again in an email i cancelled, they ignored my email, then days later said they were too
Busy to respond to me, and that i cancelled after they had already shipped, i received that package from ups, although i do not want it, and of course, the shipping by ups was dated 3 days after their email that said they already shipped, they are dishonest, and unwilling to accept my return with out a restocking fee of 15% and me paying freight. I feel i will be out the Purchase price regardless, all other online reviews about this company are also terrible, So i will be out the $400 but hopefully if just 1 person does not buy from these scammmers, i at least will have helped someone by writing this. Buy from anyone but these, this one you can count as a definite dead end
I ordered mine in November. Took way longer than the free 2 day shipping but still got it before Christmas. No charging instructions in the instructions so I had to find it online. After charging it for the correct amount of time my so tried to ride it. He had about 10 minutes of riding time before it quit. Tried several times before we decided that it was just defective. Emailed them about returning the board because it didn't work. The first email said to take pictures of the unopened box. I emailed them again and re-explained that the board didn't work. They told me to send them pictures to show there was no damage to the board. Did that then they send another email saying that I needed to fill out a form and email it back to them to start the return process. Got tired of wasting my time so I disputed it on PayPal. After reviewing the facts, all I had to do was give them the tracking number and I get my money back. I always use PayPal when it's available and I use my credit card and not bank account. If I didn't get a refund thru PayPal I would have disputed it with Capital One and gotten my money back that way.
I placed an order on December 2nd, spoke to a representative on December 11th who GUARANTEED delivery within 2 business days. It's now two weeks later and still no tracking number, emails have gone unanswered and now they are not answering their phones. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD.
Ordered before finding the awful reviews, sent a cancellation and they STILL shipped the board. Wish I knew I could've refused shipment and cancelled the charge, because now I have a board I don't want, I've followed all return instructions given to me, can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an e-mails, and I can't get the shipping address to return the board... OH, and I have to pay for the shipping AGAIN! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!
I ordered a hoverboard, got billed, and never even received the product! To make matters worse I can not reach anyone in customer service to try and get my money back! I am so frustrated that I have lost all hope in getting this resolved and getting my money back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Has anyone been promised a Hoverboard replacement by Keenford? If so, have you received it? If not, what is your follow up? I followed their instructions and still no replacement.

FRAUD - I ordered a Hoverboard 360 and received a Imotto Generic Hoverboard. When you call customer service you receive a message stating the mailbox is full. I fortunately paid with PayPal - who has started a dispute with Hoverboard360. If you used PayPal I suggest you call them.
I ordered the shoes on 12/1 and have not gotten them yet. I have called and e-mailed them still nothing. Not and e-mail or a call. But they took my money right away didn't have a problem with that
We also had the horrible experience with Hoverboard 360. We ordered a board for LAST Christmas. It worked intermittently for maybe 2 weeks. Then it started smoking, became fried and died. For the past 11 months, I have been calling Hoverboard 360 for a refund, or replacement. For 11 months, I have been getting the run around. They would occasionally answer my call, most times not. When they did answer, they'd say "ship us back the defective board" (which we did in March of this year). Nothing happened. Kept calling all year. Around September, they agreed to send out a new, government -certified board (this was a new change to the recall order). Still, after calling for weeks/months, they never sent a new board. They'd say: "we didn't have the correct mailing address, or we lost the shipping label, we didn't have the right color of your board, etc". FINALLY, I called the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Just google them. I spoke to Jenny, she took all of my information and complaints about the company. She assured me that within 2 weeks our our phone conversation, I would be getting a call from either Hoverboard 360 or the CPSC with a resolution. Needless to say, I had zero confidence of that, since I'd spend a whole year w/o any results or Hoverboard 360 EVER calling us even once. Well, within 7 days, we got a call from Hoverboard 360, telling us they shipped out a new board with a UPS tracking number! It arrived today. Once year later, but a "good" board arrived. So, for all of you out there, call the CPSC and file a complaint. They will look into it. If you complaint shows non-compliance of Hoverboard 360 in the government recall, they will take action, and did in our case. So, don't give up, call the CPSC and make a complaint! We got a new board, and didn't have to get $500 in crappy clothes. Merry Christmas!

Answer: I'm actually asking myself the same question, I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week now ( no answer) sent 4 emails ( no answer) I even commented on their face book page. Every time I comment they answer everyone else's questions but skip over me! So as it stands I'm out 368.99. I don't know what to do! I'm a single mom of two and don't have allot of money for Christmas but saved up for this and now it's gone! Ugh extremely frustrated
Answer: They are scammers... There is no 2 day shipping! Everything comes from Hong Kong and you don't get it until 2 weeks later and the boards are breaking instantly from other reviews. Hopefully your shoes work! Looking into filing a lawsuit against them! I still have yet to receive my daughters board!
