Not Good

They don't answer phone calls at all, lie about shipping. Not good at all. Bought from Ground Gliders and got within 4 days after had order canceled. My friend is still dealing with his broken board from these guys trying to get a refund. Would advise to be careful ordering from them. They are still showing on there website 2 day shipping to get sales. SMH

I ordered 2 hover boards and they shipped with no issues. They are Christmas gifts so I don't know how they work yet. I asked a question in their Facebook page and had an answer within an hour. So far so good!

I ordered three Hoverboard360 and actually received them just prior to Christmas Eve. One of the boards was not a color I ordered and within the first 30 minutes of indoor use, all three had problems. After several days of trying to contact the company, they did email a return form to me and asked I send pictures to show boards are in good condition. I emailed all of the requested information back to the company ASAP and they never responded. I email them each day, and they don't respond. Don't buy from this company!

I have recently recieved a return shipping label from hoverboard360/Keenford! I called to see when I would receive my refund and was told I would receive a store credit for apparel! After speaking to "the manager" ROBERT who didn't have to disclose his last name, location, or CEO of the company I was told to return the board and receive a store credit! I am highly upset as this was a Christmas gift for my son that is recalled and does not work! I have no use for $400 worth of apparel much less I do not believe I would even receive that credit! As of now I am filings compliant in hopes that this business is shut down and I am refunded my money! I wouldn't advise ordering from Hoverboard360 nor Hoverwear it's a scam

Scared of my order!
December 24, 2015

Received the hoverboard, and I did talk to customer service, she promised me it was a samsung battery. It isn't. I ordered hovershoes, and didn't receive them at all, and no one will respond to my calls, emails, facebook messages. I am scared of the hoverboard, I hope it works for my boy. This company lied at every turn, and now will not acknowledge me at all. UPDATE: 12/28/15 The hoverkicks are being delivered today. Doesn't make we want to up them a star, only because there customer service was almost non-existent. The hoover board is performing very well.

How do you return

I have sent all the return paperwork back to them the proper way and still no answer. I was going to send back to the consigned on the boxes of the 2 hover boards that I received. Has anyone returned them yet.? Do you know if that will work or what address to return them to.

How do I return the board when no one responds to email or phone?
IMOTO arrived not Hoverboard 360 1 day before Xmas. Ruined Christmas in our house as it went backwards and stopped working. Poor child it was his only gift :( How do you explain Santa did that? Throwing it out as it will prob catch fire. Reporting to credit card co and BBB. Furious!

WTF IS MY ORDER? I've been waiting since 12/03/2015! Have sent numerous emails and made uncountable phone calls. No reply and no answer. What happened to the two day delivery? You're a bunch of bums and don't deserve anyone's trust. This is the worst time I've ever had with an online purchase. Anyone thinking of buying here DON'T DO IT!
UPDATE! UPDATE! I filled a dispute with PayPal 12/14 and received my refund today 12/26. PayPal is a company that I highly recommend. I am glad I have them covering my back in situations like this.

We bought our son a Hoverboard at Christmas. It shipped in a timely manner and no issues there. The first day he rode it though, there was an issue with one of the foot pad sensors and if you do not step off a certain way, the board shakes and shimmies, violently and out of control. It has not only dented multiple pieces of our woodwork but also cracked into the wall so hard that a big chunk of the plastic broke off of the board. It does NOT function properly and is very dangerous! My son has called multiple times and NEVER can he get through to a live customer service person. He did get a reply about a month after his first contact via an on line response and was told to take a picture, fill out a form and email the form back. He did that then never heard back from them again. So terrible when a company cannot provide customer service and stand behind their product :(

Ruined Christmas!

Ordered December 11th. Send them emails and tried to call. Order supposedly was with ups on Dec 21st but no tracking # sent. I now have a tracking # and board supposed to arrive Dec 28th! Well, I don't want it now and noticed board is shipping from Hong Kong so will probably catch on fire! Do not order from this company, my son's Christmas was ruined!

Dealing with this company has been a NIGHTMARE. The company promised delivery within 2 days, ordered 12/01. I cancelled my order both written and by dealing with customer service (the rudest people ever). Last time I checked on UPS tracking, it had my delivery date as being in September of this past year. The damn thing finally arrived today and now I have to send it back. I purchased another board from Glitek Glide (now that is a GREAT company). I have been on hold for 47 minutes trying to get the authorization number to send back. I hope someone sues this horrible company and puts it out business.

I contacted UPS and was told the package is being shipped from Hong Kong. 2 day shipping is a scheme to get your money. My bank has credited my account in 24 hours because this company is fraudulent. I ordered from another company called glitek and received it in 5 days. Glitek has a awesome customer service team. The price is 499 but the service and product is excellent. The CEO of glitek was on wendy Williams yesterday talking about the glitek glide. Call your bank have your bank file a claim and provide provisional credit due to fraud but be sure to deny delivery. Tell UPS to send it back to the seller and pay a little extra and order a glitek glide. We get what we pay for is the lesson I learned. If you don't believe me call the international ups number at *******877 and give them the tracking number they emailed you. My bank is a1 and doesn't play with fraud. I give these guys 2 more months of scamming and they will be shut down. Don't believe me just watch.

I ordered THREE hoverboards from these jerks for my kids for Xmas. My daughter's stopped holding a battery charge after only a couple of days. I have emailed them multiple times, called multiple times (only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected - EVERY TIME). To treat customers who spend over $400 for a product (times 3 in my case) is absolutely unacceptable. I will use sites like SiteJabber in the future before buying from any vendor that is new to me.

I called to start the process to receive a refund on my imoto hoverboard. They told me that there is no refund, only a credit to buy their apparel. I then called the US Consumer Safety Commission who said they are looking into it but as of now there is nothing they could to do about it. In addition to their refusal to back up their products they have a most unhelpful Customer Service Department. They claim that there is only one telephone number for the entire company and the representative told me that he is the highest level employee I could speak to. I find it amazing that this company is still in business.

I received my board but it did take several more than the 2 days promised. THe board looks good. I tested it before I wrapped it. Good machine from what I can see. Everything worked - Bluetooth, lights, Ect.

Total waste

Never recieved my board. Charged my credit card 498.99 over a month ago. Order was cancelled and never refunded my card. Fake phone numbers. Unable to talk to anyone. They rarely respond to emails. When they do they don't follow through with the promise to refund the money. Criminals and thieves. I hope they go to prison.

Very upset customer

I called to start my recall process for the hover board I purchased in December... Only to find out that I will receive a store credit to some bogus online clothing company in which doesn't even sell woman or children clothing. There has to be something that can be done. I did not spend $600 on this product to receive a store credit to a clothing store that I won't sells clothes that I will not wear.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
December 17, 2015

I ordered a hoverboard from the company. They sent me an email with no order number or tracking number. They said 2 day shipping. It is now 15 days later and we have not received anything! We keep emailing customer service and nobody ever answers us. We tried to call and nobody picks up the phone! THERE IS SO CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is one big SCAM. Now I need to check on my bank account to make sure they didn't take anything from us. This is one huge headache.
