I placed an order 12/01/15 I have heard NOTHING from this company. No we are processing your order, shipping confirmation... NADA. This company is a scam at the very least false advertisement! I am filing fraud with my bank when I come off vacation.
They advertise two day shipping, Samsung or lG batteries and quality hoverboard. My boards came and after charging it doesn't work. The company states they are out of nyc but boards come from Hong Kong. My children's Christmas was ruined and I lost 800.00. This company is a scam and I would not recommend this company to anyone. At this point I am pursuing legal help to deal with all the children that were at a lost this holiday due to their business
There is a recall on these boards. Mind you I called them back when they were banning on airplanes, they informed me the board was completely safe! Now they only want to offer a store credit for Hoverboard apparel! I contacted the Attorney General and urge everyone to do the same! They have blocked me on their FB page as well. FRAUD!
This company is a scam, will try the small claims route for refund as they have not yet replied to the recall, and should never be allowed to sell anything in the US. Will also try to get a credit back from bank.
I don't recommend purchasing from this company, they don't care about your business or customer satisfaction. They are difficult to get through to. If you have an exchange or return or any issues with your product, they don't care and you will have a very difficult time getting through to them or getting someone to help. They seem overwhelmed and over their heads so good service doesn't matter apparently. Not accompany I recommend supporting.
I'm jealous of the people that at least have shipping numbers. HB360 continues to post cheery things to their Facebook page even though they can't deliver. Is this company owned by that jerk hedge fund guy that bought a pharmaceutical company only to hike the price of an AIDS drug by 5000%?
Hoverboad360.com won't give a refund nor repair nor a new board that isn't recalled. They want you to spend your own money to send it back and get a store credit for apparel. We don't want their expensive, worthless, nasty clothing. They will hang up the phone on you and not offer a reasonable solution. I even asked them right after ordering if they had issues and they assured me their boards were safe and certified. I hope there is a hero that can force them to do the right thing for customers and at least return the money. Sad they want to disappoint children with going from a toy to their disgusting clothing. No way am I going to spend money to return it to get nothing worth anything for my child in return.
I don't even want to give this site 1 star. I've been trying to reach them for over a week with hours on a never ending ring for customer service. No answer to voice mails no answer to emails. Tracking number invalid.
I ordered a Hoverboard for my son for Christmas. Seemed like a legit process. I received a shipping notice email with a tracking number. However, when i clicked on link, the tracking number was invalid. I have called multiple times and no one ever picks up. I emailed them 2 days ago and still nothing. I guess I need to call the credit card company and start to dispute this charge.
I ordered two pair of sneakers from this bogus company on Dec 11,2014. I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone. They immediately took $128.00 out of my account. And the calls get forwarded to a voicemail that says they are full and call back later. I'm reporting this company. Poor customer service, and crooks to my children Christmas surprise!
Have a problem with a Hoverboard, stopped working after 3 days. Now, this company doesn't answer phones, emails, or anything. Will have to call credit card company and dispute charge. This will start a lengthy process, in the meantime kid won't have a working board, that he spent a lot of his own money on.
I see you have SO many complaints my complaint will get lost in the shuffle. I would like to return the hoverboard that I purchased on November 30,2015. They sent me an I-Moto board instead of a Hoverboard360. When I told them that I was also unable to take the overboard on a plane, to give to my grandson who lives out of the country--an issue that did not exist when I ordered it. They pretty much said. That was my problem not theirs. They do not answer their phone, they are rude and nasty. I believe they are probably going bankrupt. I would be happy to get involved in a class action lawsuit.
The most crappiest customer service EVER! They do not respond to any emails regarding cancellation of my 2 hoverboards. They said a customer service representative would get back to me and 2 weeks later, I have heard nothing! I want my money back you greedy fools, it is almost Christmas and you literally stole from my kids!
I placed an order mid November. The site promised two day shipping. Well over a month later I have not received part of my order and they will not respond to emails or answer their phone. I have emailed and called daily for over two weeks. Very disappointed. I would absolutely not recommend hoverboard 360 to anyone!
Was hung up on by customer service. Phone was tapped on with a pencil or so obnoxious object.
Got absolutely nowhere and was told they would not let me speak to anyone else when I asked to.

I can't believe that a company would not give their customers their money back on a recall or relace it with more of a like product... we trusted that their product was in compliance and it was not. I've been hung up on as well... I looked at the apparel and there is NOTHING that we want. I do NOT want to throw almost $800.00 away! What's next... legal action!

Tried calling the company, they aren't answering phones anymore, all the hover boards on their website are now listed as "sold out", so they aren't doing business any longer apparently, I sent an email but no auto reply or indication they received the message. Looks like they packed up and left town!
Is anyone considering a class action suit? Surely an attorney has been scammed by these guys.
I ordered just a pair of shoes for my sons Xmas gift on December 1st with they're promised 2 day shipping. Never got even a email with a tracking number or any kind of contact. Called over 200 times voicemail full. Emailed 25 times no reply. Went to the address listed In Lynbrook NY. Fake address it's a lawyers office. Do not order from here. I reported them and cancelled my credit card payment to them.
Placed and order with them over a week ago for 2 Hoverboards for my kids for Christmas and is yet to receive them, even though there website claims FREE 2 days shipping. The boards are coming from Hong Kong which is not stated on there website, and is being held at customs. There customer service is terrible. Wish I can give them No stars for the review but they wouldn't let me. They do not answer your emails, there voicemail box is filled and u have to call them repeatedly before you get a live person. They charged my credit card instantly for $897.and now my 2 kids will be out of there 1 Christmas present they were getting. Stay away from this company.

Answer: I'm actually asking myself the same question, I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week now ( no answer) sent 4 emails ( no answer) I even commented on their face book page. Every time I comment they answer everyone else's questions but skip over me! So as it stands I'm out 368.99. I don't know what to do! I'm a single mom of two and don't have allot of money for Christmas but saved up for this and now it's gone! Ugh extremely frustrated
Answer: They are scammers... There is no 2 day shipping! Everything comes from Hong Kong and you don't get it until 2 weeks later and the boards are breaking instantly from other reviews. Hopefully your shoes work! Looking into filing a lawsuit against them! I still have yet to receive my daughters board!
